greens not as good as last play
when the new grass on green grows they will be existant
Poor course
Greens are horrible and pace of play slow. Not worth the money to play this course which on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it at 2…
fairways were great but they are ;osing bthere greens....very challenging course
Rough Greens in March
Three greens were in bad shape March 2024. This cannot be typical for a course as nice as this.
Good value for busy season in Florida
Course wasn’t bad. Some greens were rough and patchy. Pace of play was good for busy season. Overall it’s a good value for afternoon round.
Needs work
I cannot recommend Deep Creek based on the greens alone. Crabgrass, poa annua, extensive bare spots and a stimp meter that wouldn’t have brushed 8 and… need I say more? Add the bare fairways and wanting tee boxes and what else remains? All this for $80. How about, no…
slow pace
greens are poor shape and pace of play is very slow
the greens were in really poor shape a lot of bare spots on them. Not worth the money in the shape it was in
Nice, challenging course!
Greens were being overseeded and not in very good shape but I still really like playing this course.
A slow go
I think this course overbooks their tee times. We teed off about 40 minutes after our scheduled tee time. The pace of play was very slow on the front nine but opened up on the back nine. The greens were in pretty rough shape and very slow. The fairways were in pretty good shape though. I would consider a different course before returning to Deep Creek
Do not waste your money….
Was looking for a diamond in the rough and only found the rough. Tee time was at 12:15 and they didn’t have a cart ready nor could we walk and tee off before 12:45… the greens were either slower than beetle juice or looked like the Middle East after President Trump was in office. For $71 dollars this time of year you are better off paying 10 extra dollars and playing at east wood. All in we play 15 holes in 5 hours and left.
