Great deal for $12 so I can't complain too much. Good layout and decent conditions. Only complaint are the greens which were pretty slow and some were pretty beat up.

You pay for what you get
Good track to play for the price. Don't expect lush, smooth and fast greens but for the price you can't beat it. Everything was in a playable condition. Only complaint is pace of play which will be hit or miss depending on the groups ahead of you.

Good Public Course
Not too bad for a cheap public course. Fairways were in good condition but some of the greens were a little dead. Slow greens but they roll ok. Course is not that difficult but that is expected for a public course. Overall for the $ I don't think you can get much better than this course.
