I've played this course for decades and right now the greens are in the best condition in years. They are very smooth and receptive. Kudos to the greens keeper. The fairways are in pretty good shape with a few rough areas here and there. The staff are very friendly and the price to play, eat and drink is very affordable. I highly recommend you play Mayfair once again.

This is one of the best values this time of year in Central Florida. This course has smooth fast greens with excellent overseeded fairways and tee boxes. Eagle Dunes is great for all skill levels from novice to advanced. You absolutely don't want to miss out on this gem.

This is a must play course in Central Florida. There are some challenging holes and some that are easy as well. A nice mix of layouts. The fairways and tee boxes have been overseeded and it's coming in nicely. The greens are very fast and smooth and are a pleasure when putting. The restaurant has really tasty food so don't miss that opportunity when the round is over. I highly recommend this course.

I've played this course many times during the year and it continues to set the standards for the condition of it's greens. They are absolutely excellent. They hold your shots into them, are fairly fast and yet very smooth. This time of year in Central Florida is the re-seeding of fairways and tee boxes. It's coming along nicely at this course and with a few good rains should make everything lush for our harsh winter (that's a joke!).
I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants an enjoyable round of golf.

This course used to be a pristine track. The conditions have clearly deteriorated. The greens are full of goose grass and some type of fungus that has left bare dirt spots. The layout is excellent but until the greens are back in shape go elsewhere. On a positive note the food in the restaurant is great and so is the service.

This course has always been challenging to play. We played in very windy conditions which made it even more challenging. The greens are in excellent shape and are running fairly fast especially on downhill putts. The fairways are also in good condition considering the amount of rain we've had lately. As for value, it's hard to beat a course this good for around $20+. Don't pass this one up if you're interested in a good round of golf for an absolutely excellent price.

This course is in superb shape both the greens and the fairways. This is a very hilly course that has a lot of character on every hole. Sometimes you are hitting straight downhill and sometimes up to the sky. I've always enjoyed playing this course as it challenges you on nearly every shot but can still be fun for the higher handicap players. I've played here for years and it's in excellent shape. The bunkers could use a bit of work but with all our rain, they tend to fill up or wash out a bit. Recommendation: Just don't hit into them. The best deal going right now is the golf and lunch. Enjoy the golf and follow it up with a good lunch.
