Good value

Course has a fun layout, local knowledge of the course is helpful
Course conditions - greens were hard and fast and in good shape. Rest of the course is in below average condition. Several tee boxes were little more than teeing the ball in a sand trap. Fairways were hard as a rock and little grass was visible.
