bunkers need more sand. tees good, greens good. fairways need overseeding! vr rthin and sketchy.

bad shape. Should have overseeded the fairways this year. no grass on them. greens however would good.

Need to tear up and totally rebuild #7 green. Impossible to put from above the hole and keep it on the green. 7 is the worst, but 18, 2, and 4 almost impossible to putt as well. It really spoils an otherwise very favorite place to play. In great condition alsways. Bunkers prisitine and all the SAME which is kind of rare these days.

Very ugly course. Not a scenic hole on there except for one short par 3. Almost all tee shots blind, many second shots blind as well. Nearly every green the same. all sit up on a hill so if you miss green the pitch or chip is often blind as well. AVerage condition. Just not a fun course to play. Very wide open. No trees to speak of.

They don't overseed the fairways, so there is NO grass on them. All the lies are like hitting off linoleom flooring. Very chanllenging layout, but now under construction so it is quite messed up. Should have left the nines reversed the way it was designed. First tee shot now is the most demanding on the whole course. Bad way to start a round.
