First of the course was over-seeded with no notice online nor at the starter. 4 of 18 holes we had to wait for the sprinklers to turn off (yes leaving the greens soaked) and there was at least 3 more holes where the fairways had under repair areas. There was no marshal nor cart service. What once was a great course is heading down the path of a "goat ranch" . #sad

This course never stated online about having 2 temp greens. I have putted on fairways that were faster then their greens. There is one marker at the 150 yd, with zero way to know where the pin was aka no red, white or blue etc. The front desk was more interested in speaking on her iPhone then greeting and offering assistance. NEVER AGAIN!

Two reasons not to play anytime soon. First the greens were all over the place, either wicked fast or "are you kidding me slow". Second there was a ranger driving around (we saw him three times), and asked twice to speed up the threesome in front of us (we were a foursome), both time he stated "they paid the same as you and let them enjoy themselves, why don't you just slow down.

......I am sure the members are treated better, but as a GolfNow client I saw the name Robert Trent Jones and had to play....however the retail shop clerks believed they were managing at Augusta during Masters week......very poor customer service including being rude, augmentative and insulting......along with overcharging me for my GolfNow purchase.....
Would I play again.......?

During a recent trip to Miami I was looking for a course to play, and based solely on GolfNow's recommendation I drove down to the Biltmore. The course was not the issue, but the fact that my tee-time was moved up 30 minutes to accommand the local college's alumni scramble, along with not having cart services for the full round in the Florida sun ~85 degrees.....was total not acceptable. Would I play this course again.......?
