The course is in good shape, improved netting has been installed protecting various cottages and trailers. Slow but steady improvements are noticed throughout the 18 holes, we enjoyed our round.

My wife and I golfed Whispering Pines this afternoon and enjoyed our round. The course is well kept, and nicely filling in from the cottage/cabin development over the past 10 years. The traffic was light, the Marshall was friendly and helpful as he did not have much to do. We had a cocktail as we turned the corner to the 10th hole and the ladies in the canteena were friendly and almost over helpful. Whispering Pines offered a great way to have a relaxing round on a decent course with no pressure or high brow golf mannerisms.

Long and with many natural hazards this course ate my lunch. I liked it though....

We had a god round at Whispering Pines. The course steadily continues to improve, a bit of a shower in the late afternoon it added to the mix. Thanks Whispering Pines.

The course is well maintained and in great condition for so late in the season. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a nice charm to the place. There is good variety of play with doglegs, long holes, water holes and a few shorter par threes - the course is suited to all levels.
