Played On 07/07/2020Always a easy do. Have played here for several years. Always about the same.
Wasn’t backed up although it can sometimes. I believe with the Covid restrictions it’s lighter traffic. They were working on some tee boxes so make shift tee boxes set up. Still fine. Greens pretty slow. Still nice enough. Would play it at least one time when I come down.

Played the course a couple of times. Would have enjoyed it more with a caddie. Lol. I got through the first nine well. After that I needed help on some of the back holes as far as where and how far to hit my shots. Lots of trouble if you don’t know how to navigate around lakes and the other junk. The greens seemed inconsistent as far as the speed. Our pace of play was good until the last couple of holes. This course is awesome if you have the time to learn it. Vacation golf no fun.

I have played this course before and have always enjoyed it. My complaint that the rough was way to difficult for a player of my speed to get up and down.
I was told a Lpga tournament just finished there. Wish I knew I would not have tackled it.
Most times it is doable. It is manicured to perfection.

It had been a while since I played this course. Years. Earlier when I first started golf. Now I remember. The rough is crazy tough to find a ball or hit a ball out if it. Even around the green.
Not my favorite for fun. But it is challenging. I fell like it's a little to desolate for me. I enjoy Jones course better.
The ranger did make his way around a bit. That was nice to check in things.

I've played when not the best conditions. But still a great course. Yesterday it was in a great place as far as conditions go.

It was a good walk. I actually enjoyed the conditions of the greens. Slower than my club. Except for a little turned around on the back. It was easy to following the holes.
Thanks for coming by! you are right our greens are far from lightning fast but they are some of the purest in town.
Too many walk away after learning our course is walking only, but it is a very easy walk and we can all use the exercise. glad you feel the same way.
Its been very hot this week and it may be here to stay, you gotta come give us a try at night sometime if you haven't. its a great experience.

It's was questionable on a couple of the first greens. But got better each hole. Would play again. Long course for a gal. But a good challenge.

Didn't. Play at all. It looked awful!! Left and played another course. Wasn't worth the effort.
Halifax Plantation
Played On 09/01/2014Pleasant. No rangers if backs up.
Greens were aerated and sanded. They gave a price break to walk ups. I paid more using golf now.
Still a pleasant place to be. Good shade areas to cool off.

No rangers. Left on 11th hole. 3 1/2 hour when we left. Too slow
