We played on a Tuesday morning with no waiting on any holes. . The greens had just been punched and sanded so putting was rough. This is one of the tougher courses in Phoenix but loads of fun. considering it is summer in Phoenix the course was in decent shape.
You may want to play one up from your usual tees. I want to play again.

Thanks to Mr. Monsoon, the course was in beautiful condition. The fairways were green and even the rough was lush. This is atypical for August in PHX. The course is fun to play. It is pretty straight forward and fair. I would love to play this gem again.

The course was in relatively good shape for late July. Greens were a little slow. Pace of play was fine for a Saturday, we only had to wait a few minutes on about half the holes.
Lots of trees for shade on the usual sunny day. I will play there again.

Wonderful round on the gold course. no waiting except for a few minutes on two par 3's. The course is in great shape. A lot of people don't take 3 seconds to repair their divots on the green. This is a very nice course; the whole resort is top notch.

This course was in good condition, both greens and fairways were fine. I played this course previously 2 years ago and only made it thru 13 holes due to slow play. I gave it another chance and made it thru 15 this time. The par 3's had 3 groups on the tee box. I guess they try to pack in as many t times as they can. Never again

I played here several years ago and didnt have high expectations this time. I could tell right away the course had improved. We had an 8am Tee time and got off a few minutes early. The fairways were decent and the greens were in pretty good shape. The course has a fun layout. Its a little rough around the edges but certainly playable. We had a fun day.

this course is probably the nicest of the sun city courses. The fairways and greens were in good shape. The staff was very friendly. The moment I pulled up, a guy brought a cart to me in the lot. The guys in the shop were very nice and even the guys in the cart return asked about the round and thanked me for coming. Great staff, fun course. I will be back

I called at 9:45 to ask if there was a frost delay causing a backup. He said no, everything is fine. I arrived at 10:45 for my 11:20 tee time. Desk guy said there was a 30 minute delay which turned into an hour. Not sure why I wasnt told on the phone. Drove from the east valley. finally done at 5:30. not a big fan.

we were paired up with 2 friendly guys and had an enjoyable round. Greens were in great shape, fairways were good. The place was crowded but we played in 4 hours with only short waits an a few holes. Wide open and no houses to worry about.

The course was in better condition than the previous time I played. The pace of play was the only bad thing I could say...took a whole 5 hours. The greens and fairways in good shape. It's a good test but not overly difficult. I liked it.

Had a 1:53 tee time but didn't get out until 2:10. The parking lot was jammed on a Friday. This course obviously overbooks to make money. We made the turn in just over 3 hours after waiting on every hole. All par 3's had three groups waiting. There were marshals but they were no help. We actually finished the round...in the dark at 7:30. The pro shop basically told us, that's how it goes. Wouldn't play there again for free

The course was crowded for a Wednesday. We got off about 15 minutes late. For a muni course with tons of play it was in decent shape. Tee boxes were a bit ragged but playable. Fairways not bad, a few bare spots but overall good. The course has some character and some fun holes. The par 5's are not easy. A lot of trees (for Arizona) on the par 4's. A couple holes you have to hit over ravines to reach the fairway. We waited for a few minutes on half the holes and played in about 4 and a half hours. Enjoyable round.
