Thin fairways and tees. Greens running slow, maybe an 8 with many unrepaired divots. Not the condition it was a decade ago. Better options in the region.

Nice layout. Fairways and greens in excellent shape. Rained night before round, no standing water...except in traps. Some traps need to be redone. Look forward to playing in dry conditions to check green speeds.

Best conditions seen in Clearwater/St Pete outside of BelAire CC. Fariways a little thin but collars & greens were good. Food good, hot & reasonably priced.

$55 golf now price is high. $120 regular price is absurd for the conditions of the course. The practice facility is good & the Resort is attractive which makes the condition of the course surprising. Greens are thin & very slow, collars hardpan, fairways thin, some tee boxes with little grass, nothing is plush. Course does not go back to the clubhouse at the turn and halfway house is closed. Cartbeer was $7.50. Conditions are comparable to a muni in mediocre shape. Would not play this course again if it was ten minutes from my home.
