I've played ever a dozen different courses in central florida over the last 3 months and this one is in pretty solid shape for the end of summer. Tee boxes are in great shape. yardage seemed to be a bit off on the par 3's Could have used a gap wedge on one of them.
Green's were in good shape and were pretty firm.

This course could be absolutely beautiful and it will be after meeting the superintendent while we were out. It has been neglected for many, many years. They're re-doing the club house / restaurant and the entire place is under new ownership.

The front 9 aren't in bad shape. The back 9 is terrible. The fairways are some of the worst I've ever seen.

I will play this course again... a year from now to see how the improvements are coming. Absolutely DO NOT play this course after a lot of rain. It was absolutely soaking wet with all the rain we've been having.

This course is in great condition. From the tee boxes to the greens it is n some of the best shape of any course in central florida. The first par 3 on the front nine is a bit rough (the green is under re-construction) and had lots of sand on it.

The pace of play here is extremely slow and it is every single Saturday. Expect to play 18 in 5-6 hours. It's a very very busy course on the weekends.

I've played here 3 times this summer and I do love the course. It plays a lot longer than the scorecards leads you to believe. For whatever reason I am CONSTANTLY losing balls at this course. Unlike any other course I play, it's a black hole of lost balls.

it's always in solid condition though. This particular day it was cart path, which for a course with wider fairways leads for a lot of walking.

I would definitely play here again!

My golf buddy and I have played 11 different courses in 11 different weeks and this is BY FAR the best one we have played. It is in the best shape (both greens and fairways) the course layout is fantastic! I have been told that this layout, Tuskawilla (private) and Lake Nona (private) are the best 3 in all of Central Florida. I was IMPRESSED with this course.

This course is absolutely beautiful. MANY MANY elevation changes. Lowered greens, raised greens.
Blind fairway shots off tee boxes. The elevation changes and rolling hills on this course is nothing like I've seen in Central Florida. (I've played 15 different courses so far this summer)
This is a MUST play for central floridians.

We've played this course twice in the last 3 months. If you are sporadic off your tee shots you will have a tough time with this course. The fairways are narrow and practically attached to the adjacent hole. You can easily find yourself in someone else's fairway.

Course has been in good shape. An excellent value for your money. a LOT of history at this course and the staff is more than delighted to share the history of this great course with the players.

No need for a driver anywhere on this course.

They're re-doing several of the tee boxes this summer. The greens were heavily sanded the weekend we played.

A good local course on a budget. Never rushed or pushed up on.
