The Idaho Club is a MUST PLAY for golfers of all skill level. It weaves its way around the pac river and offers spectacular views from several areas around the course. The golf course conditions are immaculate with tee boxes, fairways, and greens all of superior condition. This is a Jack Nicklaus SIGNATURE course, which means Jack himself was on property to design this course hole by hole. Yes, it is a challenging golf course as stated in previous reviews, but given the several options of tee boxes, choosing the correct one for your skill level ensures one of the most enjoyable rounds you will ever have. The quality of golf and the blissful nature that this course provides is second to none, especially for the price. The new clubhouse is opening soon, which by all accounts, will fit the image and attention to quality and detail that the course already exhibits. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. I was part of a stay and play package with 6 low-mid handicappers and the entire party was blown away with what The Idaho Club offered. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve played Highlands Reserve a handful of times and have not been disappointed. Being a local orlando area golfer, this course definitely stands apart from any other course for the money and my location. Greens were true with good speed, fairways, rough, traps, and tee boxes were great.
I’m a low handicapper who hits it a good way, so the back tees at 6700 we’re a bit short on par 4’s, especially considering the back 9 is wide open on holes 12-17, but the course makes up for it on the par 3’s, the shortest being around 150 and the longest being 225. I think the management is aware of the shortish yardage for its better players, because every one of the back tee boxes was maxed out to be as long as possible, which was perfect as well. The greens have some pretty hefty undulations so if you’re off with your approaches, you can have some very testy up and downs. The pace of play was perfect. Played 18 in 4 hours on the nose.
All in all, best $30 I’ve spent in awhile. I’ll back no question.

First, let me start out by saying I have been a customer at Falcons Fire for 10 years. I enjoy the layout and applaud its' difficulty considering it's all there in front of you. I played as a single in about 2 1/2 hours which was nice I have seen this course in immaculate condition before, but the course condition now has gone severely downhill. The tee boxes and fairways are playable. The greens however are in rough shape. There are many spots on most greens where they have let the grass go and covered up those spots with sand. I prefer to play my ball as it lies, but don't think I should have to putt through a bunker. Speaking of bunkers, while most were not an issue, many looked very bad, standing water complete with wildlife, and particularly the green side bunker on 17, completely washed out. I know we went from drought conditions to extremely wet conditions recently, but that doesn't explain it. Other courses in the area have dealt with the same weather and do not show this kind of neglect. When it comes down to it, they need to invest more money into this course and look at a different superintendent. I have fond memories of this course and hope that it can be restored to glory soon.

Amazing golf course with the worlds best practice facility. The golf courses are always well maintained and pace of play is great. Staff is really friendly, carts are in great shape, just wish they had gps. Would highly recommend to any serious golfers.
