Very nice greens and challenging tee shots. The fairways were fairly soft after the rains and had quite a few worm casts but the course was in good condition. Great pace of play due to lack of golfers braving the cold temperature.

Some tricky water holes. Friendly staff , good pace of play and good to play a course where the fairways are not lined by houses

Pace of play was good 3.5 hours for 18 holes. Greens and fairways in good condition. A good layout with each hole posing a different challenge. Plenty of water.

Constant rain all day, the course held up well. Pace of play was great as nobody else was prepared to bare the cold weather.

Greens were good but a little slower than my previous visit. The strategic ditches had no water in them due to the low rainfall of late, all the better for retrieving my ball. All in all a most enkoyable day.

Ive played this course over many years and watched its development. After closing a couple of years ago the new management are trying really hard to bring it back to its former glory. The new greens are great, they have had a fungus issue but the encouraging thing is that they have treated it and are looking forward. The fairways and the semi rough were a good height, even though a couple were brownish they played well. Its a good layout and good value for money.

9 holes and we played twice. The par 3s had elevated small greens so if you didn't hit them your ball often ended up in a hazard. The par 4s were a reasonable length and tight for driving. Overall the course was a good test and the greens were OK and provided an enjoyable experience.

Great course with some really interesting holes, so well designed with risk and reward holes. Good variety of tee positions to suit different standards of golfer in order to bring hazards into play.

Nice greens, fast with subtle slopes. Tees and fairways were in good condition. The course is tighter than it looks, if you dont hit the centre of the fairway then you can bounce sideways into trouble. Although there had been a downpour the previous day, the course was fine. Some very strategic water resulting in a most enjoyable challenge.

Very Playable. I used to play this course a lot but in February 2015 it was terrible dead greens and long grass.It closed and was sold , the new owners have put loads of work in. The fairways and semi rough were fine, most of the tees we good. The Greens have been seeded and whilst there is a lot of growth some bare patches still exist, however these are well dressed and it is possible to put on them. We were warned about the greens before we played but this was reflected in the price. This is a great layout with lots of interesting water and I cant wait for the greens to return to their former glory

I played this course back in March 15 and it was great but many aspects have gone downhill, the greens had weeds on them, the GPS has been removed from the carts and the staff/organization was poor. We were paired up with another couple and we had both booked a golfnow hot deal. Checked in at the shop but it was not until we saw the starter that we were directed to the 10th tee and were told that the front 9 was closed. Sure we played the back 9 twice, but would not have booked /played had we known earlier. Our request for a 9 hole "rain check" fell on deaf unprofessional ears. The barman was good though, saved the day!

The course was well manicured especially the many bunkers. The guy in the shop said that following overseeding the greens were not cut very low. They were a little slow but very true, and the course in general was a pleasure to play. Its a while since I have played here and I had forgotten how good the layout was, I will not leave it so long in future.

Quite different experiences during 18 holes. Early on the tight fairways are tree lined. Later on water comes more into play but there are plenty of tee positions to bring in more or less into play. The greens had a few sandy patches and the tees were a bit hairy but the fairways were excellent, as were the many well well looked after bunkers.

The course was in great condition. Its a good layout and surprisingly undulating for the area. The greens were huge and had some amazing slopes on them. You really need to hit the right part of the green with your approach or a 3 put is almost certain. Lots of bunkers and all well looked after. The par 3s were all different and very challenging, over water , over bunkers or very long.

Not a long course but fairly tight, with fairway landing areas narrowed by water and bunkers. The best greens I have played on this year, quite a few are multi layer leading to some interesting puts and they were in excellent condition. The grass used for the semi rough was not the usual bent type so made finding your ball easier and was also fairer.

Although it was raining as we registered and we were asked if we wanted to play or not, Im glad we diecided to go ahead. Some nice wide fairways plus some long carries off the tee with water coming into play, but there is usually a "bale out". The fairways were being overseeded and as such had been slit tined. The greens had been treated with some hydrophobic chemical and contained beads of water making judging the distance difficult, but they appeared in great condition. A well looked after course and a pleasure to play, even in the wet.

Havn't payed here for a couple of year. New build houses are starting to encroach some of the early holes. The course condition was good albeit a bit damp and the greens were good. A most enjoyable experience.

Some interesting holes, especially when water comes into play. The fairways were quite wet, I was surprised it wasnt cart path only. The greens were good though. Selection of which tees to use was critical with some large carries over water from the back ones.

Very friendly staff, there was some construction in the resort so finding the clubhouse/carpark was a bit tricky. The course was in great codition, the greens were undulating and true. Although it winds through a resort the fairways are some distance from the buildings.
