Good late fall conditions. Greens pretty quick. Nice blend of easier holes with the more challenging. Pace of play good.

They don't let you have a cart until just before you start your round, even though plenty of carts were available. Minor annoyance, but I don't get it.

Have played Waterview a number of times over the years. Fun course, nice layout, good condition for the time of year. Some challenges, but overall a fair test. Greens and traps in good shape. Good value.

Course layout is fine. However, the course is soggy and soft in lots of areas, and rock-hard in others. Played it on a Hot Deal rate, so that was good,but don't think we will be returning. No water on the course, no ball-washers, and conditions were less than average.

Greens a bit beat up due to recent weather, but are usually excellent. Layout generally wide open, and a bit ho-hum, with some challenging holes. Can get very windy. Pace of play good. Good value.

One of the better courses in the Fort Pierce area. Greens very good, course condition likewise, layout is fun with some challenges. Rather less water than a lot of Florida courses. Pretty wide open in general.

The only reservation I have is the course is so busy that you may have trouble getting off on time. Been here twice and it happened both times. They appear to have lots of league play early in the day, and I suppose that's the reason.

Will certainly return.

Nothing outstanding, but good value for the money. Greens not as good as other nearby options, wide-open layout, not particularly challenging, but fun to play. Would play again for the right price.

Very busy course, play lagged a bit but not overly so. Not especially challenging, very wide open with generous landing areas, but lots of fun. I imagine playing from the tips would make it play much differently. Greens outstanding, very fast and true. Enjoyed playing it, will probably return.

Tee boxes like rock, and fairways like cement. Couldn't get me tee in on some holes. No grass to speak of anywhere. Greens we're good, though. A shame, as the layout was OK.

Enjoyed playing this course. Not much topographical variation, but water on most holes keeps it interesting. Greens in excellent shape, traps good. Fairways OK for this time of year. Five par fives and five par threes are a bit different. Very good value for the $$, definitely want to play it again.

We booked this course after a lot of rain hit the Dallas area. As a result, only the front nine was open, which we didn't know until we arrived, and the playable nine was very wet. We played the front twice. Due to the conditions we sailed through; the pro shop person said we could play 27 if we liked.

That being said: challenging layout from the tips, pretty tight, greens still very fast and true. Bunkers were unplayable mud. Would like to play it again in dry conditions so we could see the whole course.

Staff very nice, course in very good condition, and pace of play was excellent (3 hr. 15 min. round). Really liked the layout, but yardages tough to find on most holes. Will certainly play again.

First time playing Riverside. Wide open track, but good layout with lots of challenging holes. Conditions very good, and greens were firm and fast. Staff very welcoming. We are here from out of the area, and will definitely return. Too close to the highway to be really first-rate, but not a real problem.

Course in good condition. Loved the layout, tho it might have been a bit more challenging. Greens rolled true, and reasonably quick. A good golfer will eat the course up, but a good track for everyone else.

Really enjoyed the course. More of a traditional layout than most other courses in this area, though with some trouble if you're not careful. Fairways very good, greens outstanding. Will definitely play again.

Very nice course, a bit more forgiving than many courses around here. Only complaint is that the greens, while in good shape, play much slower than most FL courses. I would definitely return, tho. People were friendly and facility was upscale. Used to be private.

I'm a bogey or worse golfer and found this a real test, and lots of fun. Course was a bit browned out when we played it, but the greens were fine. People were nice and pace of play was fine.
