We played the course after it had been closed five days after torrential rains. It was not in great shape since no maintenance had been done; wet and mucky. It would be unfair to rate it based on those issues. The only issue I could reasonably discuss would be a reduction in green fees based on the conditions, which did not happen. S Otherwise it was what it was. I will be back as it is a fun and challenging course which I’ve enjoyed many times over the years.

Went as a single and played early. Well conditioned and beautiful greens. Pace was great and staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

It had been 25 years since I last played there. It’s a little bit worn with thin fairways and inconsistent rough. But the greens are in great shape and the staff were good folks. It is still a test and provides plenty of different shots, making it a fun 18 holes. The value was good for what you get and for that reason I would recommend it.

The major public course in Paso Robles. Corse is challenging and the greens are perfect. Staff was great and attentive. Would recommend to all levels of golfers. Double thumbs up!

Great day at PDCC. Good course in pretty good shape. Had a wonderful round with locals Mary and Paul, who helped with shots and putting. Fairways and greens in great shape. Edges of course not so much but truly not in play. Staff was great and price was appropriate. Will be back and definitely recommend for those who enjoy a sub 4 hour round.

Played as a single early on Monday hoping to skate through. Found I was behind a group of seniors who graciously let me skip through the 2nd par 5. I was on my way and was then able to play it on my way back around. Course is in some disrepair from rains so it’s not a true 72 par. But, the fairways and greens were top notch and a pleasant surprise. Would put them against any other course I’ve played in the last week. Staff was great and the price was right, which included 2 drinks after the round. Was a nice morning and relaxing for me. Not a top tier course but was lots of fun.

Good course and well maintained. Tees and greens very nice. Fairways green and lush. Played on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and it was busy. Very slow round. Otherwise a good experience.

I had wanted to play the course for sometime and finally did. Why did I wait so long? A wonderful facility with extraordinary staff. From the moment I dropped my bag I was treated like a member for a day. I actually told the pro my own club could learn from their customer service. The course was in very good shape despite the heat. The fairways were plush and the greens ran true with good speed. They had bottomless ice cold bottle water which was needed and appreciated. The beverage cart and Grill were both very good with excellent employees. All in all a great day. I will go back and I highly recommend the Club to others.

Summer off season outing for four of us. Not busy but very well maintained. Staff very good and courteous. Did. Not eat as restaurant was closed but beverage cart handled our needs and the young lady was very pleasantt. All in all a very good day. Was glad we chose DW Firecliff.
