Management is not maintaining the course except for the greens. Fairways bare, crab grass, from tee to green. We have seen many courses close and this course looks like they are at risk of same. This course is notorious for slow play, #10 50 yds from pro shop is 15 minute delay? Management disrespects the customer when they cannot have play in 4 hours. No excuses. Have golfers insure fast play with their cell phones. Any business that does not respect customer will not survive regardless the price.

Tee boxes mostly dirt, little to no grass. Fairways not much better, Greens in relatively good shape. Average at best. Will be interesting to see what the course looks like in 4-6 months? Appear to be at crossroad to make investment in course condition or allow it to deteriorate further.

TEE BOXES A BIT ROUGH, DID NOT OVERSEED. GREENS VERY GOOD. BUNKERS UNRAKED. SLOW PLAY ON WEEKEND.

This is not the same course we have known over the years. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are not up to par. Sandboxes have not been raked in months, and grass growing in the bunkers? Lack of maintenance clearly clearly seen. Management has to make some decisions to get the course back in shape or suffer the wrath of the Snow Birds. Will be very interesting to see who wins that conflict? Homeowner's at Dell Webb where cooking poolside with the neighbors is a regular event will not be pleased.

Who enjoys playing a 6 hour round of golf with or without a free lunch? With all that is discussed about the demise of golf attributed in large part to slow play these folks still do not get it?. Then again maybe 6 hour rounds explains why they have to include lunch? No Starter and course ranger did nothing to improve the situation? The attendant in the pro shop did not care one whit. Maybe the investors have other plans for this property?

IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO PLAY BAY TREE. ALL 18 GREENS WERE UNPLAYABLE WORSE THAN TRYING TO PUTT ON THE HOOD OF YOUR CAR. AS WELL THE TEE BOXES WERE NOT MUCH BETTER. OKAY THE FAIRWAYS WERE GOOD AND PACE OF PLAY WAS FAST.

IT WILL BE SOMETIME BEFORE WE RETURN TO PROVIDENCE. FOURTEEN OF THE GREENS WERE UNPLAYABLE. IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN AERATION TO GET THESE GREENS TO WHERE THEY USED TO BE. PRO SHOP ASSISTANT IN DENIAL WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT WE EXPERIENCED AND PLAYED ON? ALL THAT HE COULD SAY WAS THEY WERE 'GETTING BETTER'. MAYBE WE WERE SPEAKING WITH THE COURSE SUPERINTENDENT? LOL

4 Groups backed up at # 10 tee box? 3 hrs to play front 9. 51/2 round plus. Groups drive off not to finish. Fairways poor. More grass on my driveway. Did not over seed. Only over seed tee boxes? Greens fair, fast. Caveat Emptor.

Greens in very good condition, but playing slow. Tee boxes need to be re-sodded. Fairways not bad, tight lies, and in some cases need to find some grass to hit off of.

Fairways good, bunkers well maintained, tee boxes good. Greens are in very rough condition and need attention. Suppose to aerate this week....hopefully this will work.

ON A RATING OF ONE TO TEN (HIGH). IT IS A ONE. IN YEARS PAST THIS COURSE WAS AN EIGHT. SOME GREENS WERE BARELY PLAYABLE. STARTER PUT PLAYERS OUT ON ONE AND AND TEN WITH NO REGARD FOR CROSSOVER. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND GRASS ON FAIRWAYS TO HIT OFF. THE FAIRWAYS NEED TO BE AERATED. WOULD NOT PLAY AGAIN UNTIL IT IS SOLD TO NEW OWNERS.

SOME NICE HOLES. COURSE DESIGN LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. HOLES CROSS OVER AND BACK. VERY SLOW PLAY 5 HRS. NO RANGERS. REFRESHMENT CART EXPENSIVE.

The course needs a lot of work and attention. The Greens need a lot of work. Sand traps have been neglected badly. Fairways are only fair. Tee boxes okay. Overall rating poor condition.
