Played On 02/10/2022Good & interesting course but overbooked
Course was in good shape and staff was good, but
tee times were scheduled too close --- so on almost every hole we waited
Staff came out an apologized, but it was a 5+ hr round

Carts on path --- given rain over the last week
bunkers were played as ground under repair as
many had water on them

Played On 02/17/2020tee times too close & terrible sand traps
tee times are scheduled too close to one another --- have to wait on most every shot. Greens are in great shape and fairways are OK for this time of year. the
sand traps are TERRIBLE -- some it's like hitting off concrete!!
Arrived 30 min ahead of tee time to hit balls --- no carts available , --- but we were taken to driving range and 25 min later did come with our cart

We experienced rain for the first few wholes.On the 4th hole someone came out to tell it would be cart path only due to the rain. We asked for towels given the weather and was told they had new carts and must not have put the towels in.. We asked to send towels out and got no response. When we finished our round ( it did stop raining) and the conditions were fine. When we came back to the cart drop , we again asked the attendant about towels, and were told they don't alway put in carts, you have to ask.
The range balls for quests were in terrible shape --- assume the members got better ones.
A facitily of the caliber should do better

Played On 02/13/2017Overall a good course and value
Course in good shape given all the hurricane damage last fall. Greens are really good.
Only issue is pace of play ---- tee times too tight - waited on almost every hole ---- a number of holes where first shot goes over a hazard to landing area and then over another hazard to green. Always take longer to play those holes and with close tee times just causes more delays and backups
Hi "whlead" Thank you for the great review. The course is definitively in better shape then it was when the hurricane hit. We are sorry the pace of place was not up to par on this particular day. We do have marshals and try to hurry everyone along as much as possible.

Played On 02/27/2016pace of play was terrible!!!!
Great course with very interesting holes --- however took 5-51/2 hours to play on day with great weather.
Not sure what problem was but waited on most every shot. 3 groups on most every hole. Ranger said it would get better on back 9 but it was only marginally better. Never saw ranger on last nine holes. Multiple ball washers with no water in them. This is a wonderful course but they need to improve the playing experience!!!

Thank you for your review and rating. We're sorry your experience on our course wasn't as positive as it should have been. We were very busy this particular day and we'll work harder to provide a better pace of play moving forward.
