Great location, nice layout, too bad no one's maintained it. Fairways and tee boxes were basically cow pasture. Bunkers were dirt and rocks. Greens were not bad, just punched and sanded, will probably be OK in a couple of weeks. Did not see one maintenance worker all day. Course could be great if they bothered to maintain it.

Conditions were fantastic, great layout, beautiful scenery, staff was awesome. All this for less than $80. Could be the best value in the mid Atlantic region.

Got a hot deal and paid $20. Good thing! First the positives, the staff was wonderful, and the greens were fantastic. The biggest problem with the course is the uninspired design, I felt like I was playing the same 3 holes over and over again, Stick with their sister course down the road. The Pointe is a great track with better conditions for the same price.

Second time playing in 2 weeks, love this course. Only problem was pace of play. Took 4:40 to play 14 holes. Got to 15 and our group made 3 4somes on the tee, so we decided to call it quits. Don't think I will be returning any time soon, which is a shame because the course is great.

The first 14 greens were fantastic, don't know about the last 4. We had a 10:15 Tee time and by the time we finished 14 it was 2:45 so we called it quits. The extremely slow golf carts may have been a factor. Also, I don't know what was going on with fairways and rough. Most holes appeared to be bentgrass fairways with Bermuda rough, but on random holes it was reversed. Just seemed odd. Overall if not for the pace of play it would have been an enjoyable round.

Course conditions were fantastic. The maintenance staff is to be commended. The young man in the proshop was also great. Not a fan of the course itself. The holes are laid out very tight. We were ducking for cover on most holes. Pace of play was poor as well. Front 9 was not bad, but waited constantly on the back. 15th hole took approximately 35 minutes to play and 16 was so backed up we left the course .Marshals were constantly cruising the course but didn't help.
