Course was a little soft because of spring conditions and the greens were slow and a little bumpy

Course was in good condition and the greens were fairly good. Pace of play was 4hrs 15‎ minutes

Rented my clubs and got some very old and very plain clubs. Certainly not worth the $50 I paid. They should only be worth $30 at best. I played another course 2 days prior and rented clubs and they were 1-2 years old and quality Taylormade Stealth clubs

had a good time playing this course for the first time. Created a need for driving accuracy with fairway bunkers in the driving areas and elevated greens. The wind created a nice challenge to try and score. Overall i liked the course and would gladly play it again.

Course has done little to make it playable for winter/spring golf. Although the greens were overseeded the fairways received a very minor overseed and thus had many pure lies.Online reviews are a 4 star but I think it's closer to 2-1/2 to a 3. Certainly not worth the money. Other courses inthe area play better and a better value

First time playing this course and I liked that they did things right Grens were fast but received well, fairways properly overseeded. Course was set up fairly and pace of play good

Played here for the first time and enjoyed everything about the course. Layout requires an accurate tee shot. Greens were receptive and putted very well. Overall I would recommend anyone to play here. Nice experience

Corse was mildly overseeded with a lot of bare spots. Average in condition and the greens were firm and moderately fast.

Anyone, no matter what your skill level will enjoy playing this course. Course was in very good condition with the pins a little difficult. Play was very slow up to the last 5 holes when the group in front decided to speed up because they thought they were not going to finish in the daylight. Course needs a ranger to keep play moving

Always enjoy playing GCU course. I believe it's the best value for your money around Phoenix. Althouth they had 18 tough pins( greens keeper had a bone to contend) the course played fairly and had all the maintenance up to date. OVERSEED HAS TAKEN WELL and the greens putted well.

I would think that anyone who owns a golf course would have some pride in it's playability and condition. This course was in very poor shape with minimum overseed and some fairways were better than the greens for grass. Greens were sparse and bumpy would be putting it mildly. Probably the worst conditioned course around. If owners don't take care of the course then there are a hundred other courses where your money is better spent

Front nine greens were dry , firm and putted well. Back nine greens were slower, damp and held shots. Makes it difficult to regulate your game when you play two different nine hole greens.
Other than that the course was in good condition and we played in good time

Course is not up to it's usual standards.. Dry fairway conditions and greens still trying to recover from aeration some weeks ago. Played in 4 hours which was good but had trouble trying to figure out the greens different speeds.

Most courses pair up players when busy but they had 2 -4 somes (very slow) and then 6 groups of 2 go out after that. Very frustrating when a course can't get their act together.

This course will challenge all parts of your game for all levels of golfers. Some tee blocks lacked grass, fairways and greens were excellent. Water on 17 holes but not in the center of the fairways. Pace of play was good and the staff were great

Overall the course was in decent shape.bunkers were raked and the greens a good speed. Staff left a little to be desired.they had no starter and everyone went off on their honor. To someone who pays a green there was no direction and no help in getting to the 1st tee. Had to ask a member how things worked and where and what the procedure was. Course was good, personnel lowsy

If you just want a cheap game then this is the place.if you want a decent course, just about any other course will put this one to shame. Little or no grass on the fairways, half the greens were very sparse woth grass with sand filling in the numerous holes.the owners really should sell this course because they do golf a huge disservice by keeping it in its present condition. They should be embarrassed but i guess the money is too good
