Quickly becoming one of my favorite courses in DFW in this price range. Greens and entire course are well-maintained, holes are varied and interesting. Greens fee includes range balls and a soft drink at the turn. My only gripe is the quality of sand in the (numerous) sand traps, but that could have been because of all the recent rain. Will definitely be back.

I liked this course. It's pretty much a links setup, with minimal trees but fairly heavily bunkered. You have to think your way around the course a little bit. Greens are enormous and fast, but rolled true. Fairways are in fantastic shape, ball sits up nicely, and they're fairly wide. But stray too far left or right and there is thick grass that will likely hide your ball, and if you find it you won't like it.

My only gripe was pace of play. I saw marshals buzzing about, but they didn't seem to be speeding anyone up. The group two in front of us were gumming up the whole course, playing "hit 'til you're happy" on every tee. I saw one guy hit 5 tee shots on 18.

Overall, though, had a great experience, and I'll be back.

Hadn't played this course since it re-opened. The greens were in very good shape; fast, but rolled true. Overall the course was well-kept, seemed a pretty good value.

Do NOT attempt to walk this course. There are numerous LONG distances from the green to the next tee. From 9 to 10 is several hundred yards. Lots of water, but nothing unfair.
