This is a terrific course and in mid July, it was in great condition.

This is probably the best value on Hilton Head Island. The course layout is wonderful. I highly recommend this course.

Course is in great shape. More target golf than grip and rip with some shorter holes. Greens are a bit slow but rolling very nicely.

If you can get this course for under $60, do it. This is one of the best courses on the island. It is a great test. One of the few courses where it really hurts to miss the fairway. Rough is thick and tough. It is a true Country Club so the amenities are terrific. Driving range is probably the best on the island. Course was in terrific shape.

This is a terrific course. Playing from the blues, it can be a little narrow. I was pleased with the speed of play on the weekend.

The pro shop attendant might be the nicest person on earth. But I can’t believe they charged me $65 to play this course when 9 of the greens were burnt. He mentioned after the round that they lost the greens 3 days ago. He should have told me before he took my money. Check how many greens are gone before you play this!

Course is in great shape and a great value. Narrow course so it plays a bit harder from the tips. Pace of play has been an issue both times I played it. My only complaint is the finishing hole has a tree right in the middle to block your final approach. Everything else is great!

The course is terrific but the pace of play was miserably slow. One of the cart guys finally went out to speed up some groups but the damage was done. Really liked the course and the layout. Course was in great shape but the sand traps were still full of water. No effort to pump out or drain the water.

First time playing this course. It is a terrific, fun layout with no two holes the same. The greens were fast and mostly in good shape. Some of the fairways were thin but the course gets a lot of play. Great place to play!

I am happy to report that this course is making a comeback. I took it out of my rotation a few years ago because it was a swamp. The new management is bringing it back and they clearly are putting some effort into it. The greens are improving and the fairways are coming back. Great job!

The greens are in great condition. Some of the tee boxes are looking thin and unkept but overall the course is in good shape. I love the layout. It is not a cookie cutter course.

While the course and the cart paths need some attention, the greens were in great shape. They were hard and fast. For the money, this is a great course. It is a bit short but a fun layout.

The greens are atrocious. I thought since this place hosted the local city championship, that it would be ok. It is awful. Almost every green has multiple dirt spots. O.C. Welch should be embarrassed to have his name on this.

It seems as if the course stopped carrying about the conditions. Course was brutal with mud in the fairways. Staff said nothing besides cart path only. Just awful!
