Magnolia Landing Golf & Country Club
Played On 02/09/2016Tough to play in the wind
Overall the course would present an excellent challenge no matter what type of player you are. The day I played the wind was howling on every hole. In your face on all but 1 hole on the front nine, but somewhat evened out on the back. I would definitely play this course again.
Hawk's Eye at Shanty Creek
Played On 09/28/2015Great Course - Needs player care
The course is a great example of a resort course. It's not just this course but almost every course you play. The players don't take care of the course. There were large divots all over the fairways that were not repaired or even an attempt to repair. The same goes for the greens, plenty of ball marks not repaired. It's a shame as this is a beautiful course that's worthy of playing over and over.
Eagle Lakes Golf Club
Played On 04/09/2014Windy
Enjoyed the round. It was very windy, 35 to 40 miles per hour. With water on every hole balls tended to wind up in the water. As long as you played the wind you could manage the course.
Myrtle Beach National Golf Club - South Creek Course
Played On 10/14/2013Course was in great shape
Was a single and paired up with 3 golfers from Germany. Only one spoke broken English but had a great time. Course was in great shape. The greens ran very true if you putted on the correct line. I would play here again.
