Good layout and luckily new ownership. Greens are getting better and traps are good. Fairways dormant Bermuda. Over seeding would be nice. Tees are dirt but they are working on them as well. It did rain heavily on Monday but still cart path only on Wednesday for no good reason. Not going to damage fairways.

I thought Crescent Pointe green were bad, which they are. These are worse. Supposedly, there is new ownership and will be bringing in sod. Hopefully, this happens as it is a nice layout. On the plus side, the fairway and green side traps are in great shape. Tees are a mess as well. Fairway grass is sparse.

Worst greens in area that have played in last 2 months. Had to declare ground under on 18th green. Nice Palmer layout. Put some money into course

Greens are good. No over seeding, no rakes in traps, tees are half dirt. Good layout but should play in late spring so grass might have grown.

Nice layout, tees good, traps good and greens good. Fairways terrible. No over seeding and many areas just dirt. If they get some grass then good course. Took 4:40 for round. Called pro shop to get to try and speed up but nothing. Too expensive for this condition.

Played the course in mid February and greens in really good shape. End of March, not as good. Fairways hard and little grass. With warm winter here should be growing. Need to be watered. Many tees were dirt. Really no excuse for this. Layout is OK with generous landing zones. Brown Group needs to put some money into the courses in Bluffton. The only advantage is price and this was not a good value for $44.

This is a good layout with many holes having generous landing areas. Others are tight and demand a good drive. The greens are large and in good shape. Quick and putt true. Tees are not too good and fairways have not come in yet. They did not overseed. At $40 very good value and it is a fair test of golf.
