Five hour round, they could do better on marshaling the course. Cart path only, very wet conditions so it plays really long. Easy drive from Houston.

Good conditions for the winter. Greens good, traps not.

Very fair course, wide fairways. Greens were just punched and sanded but we're playable. Would play there again.

Very fair setup, course condition for this time of the year was good only can get better. Pace was over 5 hours due to a tournament on Sunday. No marshals on course. Greens were just punched so a little rough.

Great value, course was in excellent condition for January, greens putted true and no bare spots. Staff is very help full and friendly. It is a little bit of a drive from Houston but worth it, will go back.

Greens in great shape, fairways are very nice as is the sand traps.
Pace of play is very good, overall it is worth playing .

Easy to get to. Great condition,greens excellent,fun course. The only downside is lack of yardage markers,need a GPS.

Mountain course greens are super fast, downhill real tough.
