Went w/12 yr old son. Good time, he enjoyed it. Pace was slow, but that was fine. Price for kids was outstanding at $5! We'll definitely play it again.

Finding the club house is interesting. Interesting check-in process. I've never had to leave my driver's license w/the club house before. That was interesting. 1st hole, sand tee box, play 1 and then drive back to the tee again to play hole 2, that was interesting. Front 9 was alright, back 9 is a fun lay-out. Not sure I would play it again. But it was interesting.

Read the reviews before we went on the condition of the greens. Compared to the other courses in the area, after the heavy rains were decent. Sanded, which made them slow but were consistent.

Solid conditions, had a lot of rain just before and the greens were soggy. A little sun and some dry air to help. Fairways were solid. Tee boxes avg. Busy so sent us off the back. Dunes is the best of the 3 in area right now. Staff way friendlier than the people at Black Bear in my opinion.

Course in good shape. Pace of play was good except 2 old men that were holding several groups by not letting anyone play through. Not the staff's fault.

Redtail wasn't what it used to be, it's getting better and coming back. The greens were good, fairways good.
All the rain did it wonders. Sure beats dealing with that Jerk at Blackbear though.

Greens are always in good shape. Fairways always need work. Hasn't changed much.

Greens were pretty good condition, firm. Fairways and tee boxes very dry. Grass very thin. About right for $42 a round. Good layout friendly staff. Course keeps slipping from what it used to be.

The greens aren't as bad as people are making them out to be. They were bad in the spring/early summer. Grass was thin in some places on the greens, but completely playable. Still the best course in that area. Certainly better than paying that a-hole at black bear. Course layout was great, was great, fairways were good. Greens weren't perfect, but very playable. Good time as always at Redtail

Timucuan continues it's downward slide. Course is in poor shape, starter is a jerk. But with hot deal and $10 monthly coupon it was worth $17. Mayfair is better condition now.

Troubles with greens early in the year are mostly resolved. Greens are slow but good grass coverage. Fairways and tee boxes in good condition. Still beats playing at black bear and the jerk owner.

Good layout. Notification that greens were punched a head of booking so expected rough greens. Rest of the course in excellent shape. Slow play but nothing to unusual. Would definitely come back.

Fun layout, average condition. Slow play. Not worth a return trip. The course itself is a fun layout, the condition was worse than what we were expecting. Had issue with Golfnow and the staff that took awhile to resolve. Sounds like the staff were being turds about it.

Fairways are usually rough here, literally. Quite a few weeds and bare spots in the Fairways. Greens in good shape. Still better than dealing with a hole at black bear and redtail lost their Greens. See you next week dunes.

Good to walk a course again. Fun lay out good condition

Could have used a ranger. 4some about 5 groups ahead were very slow. Jerk single at the back of the pack. Thought yelling and screaming at groups waiting on other groups would help.

Pace of play was good. Starter was nice. Guy in pro shop was surly. Good layout, Groups in front and back of us were nice. Course conditions were OK. Bunkers were re-done and in good shape. Fairways were thin and very soft. Greens very slow. Overall pleasant round.

Better layout than Black Bear and Eagle Dunes. Friendlier staff than Black Bear (new guy is an A-hole). Pace of play was great, conditions were good. Better value than Eagle Dunes or Black Bear.

play here regularly. New owner has the wrong attitude for this course. I would avoid it for it now.
