Fun course to play, shows very nice. Thank you to the manager who came out as we were making the turn, after a lengthy rain delay, to see if we needed anything before he shut down inside, class act. GolfNow once again comes through, will definitely be back.

First let me say that I was at fault for not inquiring first, before booking, as to course condition, normally do. My wife and i are avid golfers, play 4 to 5 times a week, visiting the area for a few days to buy a winter home. Ok, here we go. Greens had just been raked, aerated, top dressed, etc, unplayable. Tee’s for most part were playable as long as you searched entire tee are, forget markers, that may be considered level. Traps basically hard pan. Fairways and rough average at best. Now let me address the staff. A shout out to the young lady working counter at checkin and the gentleman tending to carts at cart barn, we appreciate your hospitality, thank you. Now to the, so called, staff that that takes this course down to another level all together. A bartender with questionable appearance, I won’t elaborate, and no people skills, who decides to play decision maker with regard to golf course affairs, would have been extremely irritating if not for being comical. No management, or at least no management willing to stand up and manage. I am sure there will be a response to try and fend off this review but GolfNow/Pass members, or any other golfers out there that may read this, spend your golf dollars elsewhere, this course is a joke, and not a funny one.
We love GolfNow, not their fault this one slipped through.

Not the best weather to play golf in, somewhat wet and cart path only, but able to get in 18; so all is good. Nice course, beautiful greens, a little slow but rolled true and very receptive, some of the tee’s a bit rough, but all in all course in good shape. Only complaint is having the range closed down due to wetness, if the course is open, open the range. Gentleman in pro shop very pleasant and service minded, thank you.

Unfortunately because of the hurricane iit is pretty much the only game in town. Course seems to always be soft/wet, very little to no roll out, get tired of clean and place. Ok, greens decent and for the most part rolled true, the pace of play was good for a change. Ugh!

This course does not handle rain well, but we know that. I don’t mind cart path only as I usually walk while my wife rides, but it was was messy in places for sure, clean and place rules here for 18. I will compliment the course crew on the greens, good speed,, rolled true. All said and done, good to get out and bang it around.

Spending a couple days in Destin with my wife looking at real estate and decide to get in some golf. Went to Golf Now and decided on Indian Bayou after reading reviews and tee time availability. Friendly staff, shout out to the starter, a fellow vet, and the young man tending the carts, extremely pleasant. Pretty course, nice track, challenging enough yet not overly difficult. Condition for the most part was very good, tees and fairways good, traps very good, greens were exceptional, some slope to make it interesting, probably an 11 speed wise and rolled true. Great value, especially on golf now, will definitely will play again on our next trip to the Destin area. Another game ball goes to Golf Now from a very satisfied VIP member of two years now, love everything about your services, keep it going.

Ok, here is the scoop. We play this course maybe 3 times a year, and I have always given a really good review. Sorry Tansi, not this time. Condition was not good, tees and fairways need cutting and in poor condition, and no continuity. Greens were not bad but we played later in day so they are going to be chewed up a bit. It was a long day, 5 hour round, had a few groups in front of us playing a scramble, brutally slow. Ranger was nice enough but thought his job was to keep pace up, no help there. We played well enough but dissappointed in the course this time, sorry Tansi.

Sandy and I enjoy playing this course. Staff is accomodating, course is very challenging and landscape easy on the eyes. Thank you GOLFNOW and Lake Tansi, great value, never have been disappointed making the trip.

Challenging layout, plays long, great condition, greens on slow side but roll true. One of the best public courses I have played over many years. Great value, thanks again to Golf Now.

First, let it be known that the young lady in the pro shop who greeted us was extremely friendly, thank you for the warm welcome. We live and play at Fairfield Glade so we are spoiled. We were on our way back from Znashville and looked for a course in between that was on Golf Now. The course was an interesting layout for a first time play and hard to beat Hot Deals at $15 a head, thank you Golf Now. Ok, tees and fairways terrible, greens surprisingly good, rolled true with good speed. Don’t regret playing there, worked well for us, and actually played quite well, go figure. Thanks again to the young lady checking us in, nice touch!

Friendly staff, great value, casual and enjoyable, go work on your short game! Oh, shout out to the course marshal, I thank you, job well done.

Down from Tennessee for a week visit, played this course years ago, liked it then so headed out for old times sake. Beautiful day, a really good public golf course, not at all your typical Florida course, get a chance, play it, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again to GolfNow, great customer service, saves $, definitely golfer friendly, will be renewing my VIP membership come next year.

Don’t spend too much or go out of your way to play here. Staff indifferent, area depressed, worst tees you will play on. If I have to give some positive input, greens rolled fairly true but were very slow. My choice, never again.
