Tight fairways with water often in play. Fairway conditions excellent - well watered, seeded and fertilized - greens conditions very good

We had a tee time of 2:47 on Oct 20th. That should have given us been plenty of time to finish 18 holes before dusk. Our foursome played the front 9 in about 2 hours. But we were totally jammed up on the back 9. People and groups were cutting in in front of us from elsewhere, backing up every tee from the 11th on. We had to quit after the 16th hole because it was too dark to see. Considering the cost of a round of golf at this course, and considering that some players apparently think that is their divine right to play any hole they wish, there needed to be a ranger monitoring the back 9, and there was not.

Many bunkers are in play, and most are untended.
Greens vary from good to poor.

Fairways are typical for inexpensive golf at this time of the year - short and fairly hard
