Went to the course to hit a bucket of balls before the round and no one was at the desk for check in. waited over 20 minutes and still no one showed up. someone in front of me was trying to pay for green fees and went to the bar to get help. she came up but unable to collect their money and told them to go on (to bad I pre-paid). No starter, and with the chaos at check in several groups started at once causing a very long front nine. Had to skip a hole to get past a really slow 5'some on the back to play the last 7 holes in an hour. Total round was over 4.5 hours with the mess at the beginning. Usually I play this course in less than 3 hours (group of 2), and after today may look elsewhere to play for awhile.
LPGA International - Hills Course

Course was in absolute perfect condition (as it always is). Greens were very consistent, and somewhat difficult to read at times. Would recommend to anyone that is up to the challenge.

Always enjoy this course. Love the layout and never had any issues with pace of play. Today played in ~3 hours. Course is in great shape except for the cart paths are a little roughs in spots (believe they are working on these). Will definitely play here again and again.

Greens and fairways were in good shape, tee boxes could have been a little better. 4-some took about 3:45 for our round, starter got us out right on time (7:15 tee time).
Only negative I have for the course: We had the 3rd tee time of the day at 7:15 and the pro shop didn't open until 7 am. The first several groups off did not have a chance to hit the range before going out.

The Club at Venetian Bay

Course was in okay shape. Fairways were very tight and not much grass to hit off. Tee boxes in bad shape, greens were good. Course is wide open and not protected from the wind. if you plan to play on a breezy day be prepared.
The pace was extremely slow. Starter was letting people off early (I was let off 30 minutes early) and backed everybody up. Round took 5:15 minutes to complete. Will not go back anytime soon.

Yes they have no ranger and its very frustrating. They have cut back so much on overhead its even hard to check in at times because their computer system is so slow. We have changed to other courses for that reason.
Great course
Course is in great shape. Pace was a little slow 4.5 hours for a twosome. Greens lightening fast.
