Great day, great pace great beer cart, but really, painted greens?

Beautiful day. Course in great shape. Played with a really nice couple and thoroughly enjoyed the day. Great round Kyle! Only complaint is there was no Bev cart in the afternoon and nobody told us before we went out.

Greens are basically unplayable. No warning that greens were punched and essentially dead. Hit the same putt three times and expect three different results. Pro shop staff unfriendly and not helpful. Save your money and play somewhere else. I'll never play here again.

Similar to others, we found the course randomly wet and muddy with wide open fairways. Huge relatively fast greens with pin placements and elevation changes just short of bizarre. Expect to four putt at least one green. Mud pretty much surrounds every green, so bring an old towel that you can throw away at the end of your round. In addition to mud around the greens, there are random mud puddles (some more like small ponds) on the course next to bone dry patches of dirt. Minimal sand makes for difficult play from bunkers.

Nice quiet gas golf carts, but even a Ford Raptor would test your kidneys on the bumpy ride from the lack of established cart paths.

Simple layout and not much trouble, but difficult to score well unless you can throw darts into huge greens.

My wife enjoyed it much more than I did so it was still a good day. I'm not sure we would pay full price to play again, but it was worth the hot deal price.

While the course is wide open and very playable, the greens run at different speeds, are hard to read and have some of the most unfriendly cups I've ever seen. It's almost impossible to make a ball die in the hole, since every one seems raised. Fun course, but you better play it a lot if you want to score well. I played with another first timer who said he would never play it again because of the greens then made two birdies in a row on the back and retracted his earlier statement. You're going to love it and hate it in the same round!

Course was in great shape, as usual. The city of Phoenix cancelled their contract with the operators of Mulligan''s snack shop and as a result Mulligan's was locked up tight and there was no beverage cart on the course. Be forewarned before you play!

Beautiful course, horribly managed. 45 minutes late from original tee time after being told several times they were "running 15 minutes behind". Apparently members walk right on without tee times bumping non-members back. After starting late, played a five hour round behind a foursome who had no business playing golf (probably "members"). Saw the beer cart once, on the way to the first tee, and never saw her again. Had to get the bartender's attention to get a couple of beers at the turn. If you want to run a member only course, then take it private. Otherwise, treat every patron the same.

Paired up with another single that had played many times on this course and said it was beautiful in the winter. Looked down the first fairway and realized why rates were so discounted. More dirt than grass. Tee boxes were fair, but the greens were in absolutely horrible shape. Disappointing to say the least after an hour drive to get there to play. Starter said the course was not in the best shape but "they are working on it". They need to work harder.
