course is not a good value compared to Amy other course in area for same price

great place for a quick round or practice prior to taking on longer course. conditions were phenomenal

overseed is growing in very well. Course should be in hreat shape in a couple of weeks

Cpurse is an excellent condition except for bynkers which badly need maint amd repsir. Course is made very difficult due to poor bunker condition
