We appreciate your feedback! Pace of play and customer service are very important to us, and we take a very proactive approach to managing pace everyday. First, I would like to apologize because it seems like we let you down on this day. While we do have someone staffed on the golf course to ensure everyone is enjoying themselves while maintaining an appropriate pace of play, we also understand that there will be days that are longer than others. In some of these instances our staff is unable to be seen by some of the customers because they spend time helping caddie for groups who are struggling in order to make the best of a tough situation. We also understand that some days will be better than others, and unfortunately it appears Saturday was a tougher day.

We do keep detailed notes on pace of play for turn times and finish times Our highest turn time for that day was 2 Hours and 24 minutes, and the highest finish time we got that day was 4:43 minutes, which is because the back side is shorter and typically plays faster even though you may wait on more shots (due to shorter length holes).

I understand and agree that waiting on a majority of your shots is never ideal, and agree that the Saturday you visited us was a longer day for most groups. I know we let you down on Saturday, and we would love a chance to make it up to you. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to hear from you about that day in more detail.
