Played the back tees. First few hole were good but we slowed right down to a crawl. Marshal was seen talking to the beverage girl and later looking for golf balls. Never was he doing his job to find which group was slow. Will NOT be back.

To top it off it was $10 for a can of beer and then a tip on top of it.

Nice greens and bad fairways. Pace of play was five hours. No Marshall’s on the course. Group in front of us had two holes open in front of them

Played the course many times. Always in good shape. Heard about some back nine changes and I like what they did, BUT, there was a junior tournament there yesterday. We had a 1:57 tee time and went to the tee at 145. There were five foursomes in front of us and another group with the exact same starting time. NO STARTER. I showed other people my confirmed Golfnow time of 1:57 and asked to see their time. Some would not show me because they had a time after 2 p.m. and others told me they were in line and were not going to move. Because I was not the STARTER.

We got off about 40 minutes late and there were NO MARSHALS on the course to move the slow players along. Big gaps between groups and NO MARSHALS. Extremely poor course management that I have never experienced at this course before.

It got too dark to play after the 12th hole and 4 hours on the course. So much for the stated pace of play policy at the course. My three playing partners and i, were very disappointed with our experience and hope this is an anomaly. So, based solely on this experience i can't recommend this course ... but I have played it many times with positive experiences.

Fun course. A bit of a drive from the Four Corners. Only issue I had was that the greens were very slow. After playing on greens that stump at 10 or 11 it was difficult to adjust to these greens which were about 8. Good layout and very friendly and helpful staff. We will go back.

Both OCN courses are in great shape. It is very well run. I would play there more often but they cater to the locals and penalize the visitors. I will not pay the non resident rate but hen a hot deal comes up I will grab it.

eQuinelle is a "fun course" for all skill levels, but I get frustrated when I am not told that the course has just been aerated. All of the anticipation of playing this course went down the drain on the first green.

In the past year they have put a lot of $$ into this course. All greens have been redone and they roll very true. These new greens do not hold so you must land short on most shots, otherwise you will roll of the back.

They also fixed a few things to make the course better.

God job on the improvements.

This course once hosted a PGA Tour event along with an LPGA Tour event. The course layout is very nice and challenging and the conditions are improving year over year. It is not conditioned like OCN or Bay Hill but the greens are fair and roll well.

Played this course about 10 years ago and wanted to come back. Many memorable holes and basically a very good design but that is where it stops. Course conditions have deteriorated tremendously over the years. Bunkers have many rocks in them and plastic rakes can cut your hands. The bunkers are very poorly maintained and in general the course seems to have cut many corners to save money. The greens are true, so, you can blame a bad score on them. The Arthur Hill design is excellent but please fix up the course. We did not see the beverage cart at all. I won't be back unless I hear that it has improved greatly ... which is really sad.

A good combination of holes makes this a fun course. It is close to the airport which makes it a good choice for the first or last day of your visit to the area.

OCN is in great condition and for the most part the course is well run. We had a 1:03 P.M. start time and for some reason we started on the back nine. Great pace of two hours for nine but as soon as the course was full and the marshals left, the back nine took three hours. The potential for a wonderful experience was ruined.

I played this course in 2000 when it was only 18 holes. They added 9 more tough holes in 2008 and shortly thereafter the course went bankrupt. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood totally focused on golf. Fifteen years ago there was not a blade of grass out of place. It was not that good this time but you can see it is making a comeback. I wish them well. It is a really good course with lots of water but fair.

This is a short par three course which is in great shape. The only issue is that I fixed about 10 ball marks on every green. These had to be good players to be hitting high shots into the greens and leaving deep ball marks. I guess they figure it is not their responsibility to fix them. Learn the etiquette please. You will make it more enjoyable for all of us.

Aside from that (which is not their fault) the course was fine.

The drink machine even stole my toonie but the fellow in the shop gladly refunded my money and I bought a few drinks. Very friendly.

Interesting course worth the drive. A bit on the pricey side compared to similar courses.

Good track in a great area. Conditions were less than great but were acceptable

I always enjoy Shingle Creek but today was different. The course was in the best shape that I can ever remember. We were paired up with another couple. The woman was a beginner golfer and should not have been on the course. By the end of the second hole we were two holes behind. I had no idea how to encourage these two folks to realize they were holding up the entire course. I did say something and I know that it did not sit right with them. She did not play anymore and we caught up with the group in front. I don't know what the appropriate etiquette is when you don't know people, especially if her male friend (husband?) was not familiar with the "do's and don't's" of golf.

That spoiled our day which otherwise would have been great. I know Shingle Creek is a resort Course but how do you avoid embarrassing situations like the one we experienced. We had nowhere to turn for help.

We played on a perfect day. I used to look forward to playing this course but the greens were very bumpy this time. It was not easy to putt on any of these greens. It is a very good layout but the condition of the greens take away some of the fun.

After taking an hour to play the first three holes, the marshal drove by and we asked him for help. \he found the problem and move up the slow players. He did his job which many course marshals fail to do.

\\\\\\\front nine was good but the back was great with many big elevation changes. Greens and tees were good but some fairway patches were very rough.

Cart path only was not a good representation of the course.

Very boring course. Forced to play the front nine of the two courses instead of 18 on one course. Speed of play was terrible. No marshals to help at all.

Will not return.
