Terra Vista was my home course a couple of years ago. I generally played there once a week on average. I took a break from playing and went I returned I was very disappointed in the overall conditions. Tee boxes needed to be moved, fairways need to be seeded, literally no grass in a lot of areas. The staff was OK. The lady working the restaurant was very friendly and outgoing. The pace of play was pretty slow as well.

I used to play Terra Vista almost weekly. Then when covid hit I did not play there a while. Sad to say the course has really gone down hill. The fairways were in really bad shape. Hardly any grass and a lot of bare spots.. Tee boxes also were in bad shape. Don't forget to take a wet towel with you on the course. There are no ball washers on any of the holes. Also there is no small bucket of range balls available. All the sizes offered are way to huge. And the range balls are very expensive. The only friendly staff member was the woman at the bar. I used to enjoy playing there because the conditions and the course layout were really great. I won't be back anytime soon.

I live in Georgetown so the course is a pretty good distance. Bur t it is worth the drive. Excellent conditions and a fairly challenging course. I hope to get back there at least one more time this year. Really enjoyed playing there.

Really fun layout. Somewhat challenging course. Very picturesque course. Overall conditions were really good for this time of year.. Definitely a course you want to play more than once .Very enjoyable pace of play was fantastic.

I play here several times a season. The course is a really good layout and a lot of fun to play. Overall the course was in OK condition based on the time of year. As the season get nicer the course really gets to be great condition.

Fairways were in terrible condition. They were either soaked or so dry it was like playing on concrete. Greens too were in bad shape. The clubhouse and restaurant need to be updated. Staff was cordial and friendly. Overall the course needs a total renovation from tee box to green. The layout is actually a good one. Hope somebody will invest in the course and bring it u to an acceptable level.

Really enjoyed the course and the amenities as well. Beautiful club house and the entire staff is very friendly. The course is in great shape from tee box to green. It is a longer course and watch out for trees! Overall one of the best course in Central Texas. I will most definitely play this course again

Delaware Springs is a fun track with some challenging holes. The tee boxes and greens were in really great condition. Fairways were decent. It is a good deal for the $$$, staff is friendly and the food is pretty good and reasonable priced. The pace of play can get bogged down from time to time.

The course layout is the best part of the course. There are some really fun and challenging holes out there.. Unfortunately the course conditions hold it back from living up to it's full potential. The fairways were really in need of reseeding and in a lot of the areas they were in desperate need of watering. The greens also need to be reseeded badly. The clubhouse and restaurant need to be completely gutted and remodeled. While the folks who worked there were OK but not overly accommodating.

The greens were in poor shape and probably need to be reseeded and the fairways were in rough shape as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I play here once a month at least. Fun course, has some challenging holes . The staff are a group of very friendly and accommodating folks. The food is really good. The only negative to the course is that play can be slow sometimes. No marshals to manage the course.

The course was in really good condition especially for this time of the year. Greens were in exceptional condition. The breakfast and lunch buffet are a great deal too. I will be playing more than last year because it is really good value for the price.

The course is a really good test of your golfing abilities. Watch out for "The Gauntlet". This is holes 9 thru 12, a real challenge! But a lot of fun. The course did include a hole by hole booklet with good instructions on the best way to play each hole.

The course is in excellent shape from tee box to fairways to greens. The staff is very accommodating.

The course is in excellent condition. The y offer a really helpful GPS on the cart. I also like the fact that carts are electric and not gas.

The course is a lot of fun. But watch out on the greens they can be a little tricky. Yes I would play this course again.

The course offer 27 holes of golf. Currently there are only 18 holes that are playable due to a flood that caused damage to the course. They are working to put the course back together and are doing a great job. The course right now has holes available on all 3 courses and it can be difficult to figure out where the next tee box is if you have not played there before. If it is your first time to play I suggest you pair up with a local. Besides that the course is a lot of fun and in very good shape tee box to green. Will play here again. Also they offer a brand new club house.

Fairly challenging course. Helps if you are a long hitter. The course is in very good shape and fairly open fairways. Lot of fairway sand traps so be mindful of that. Good value for the $$$. Would play it again.

Th course was in real good shape. From tee box to greens everything was well maintained. The front 9 is a bit more challenging than the back 9. Pay attention to the pics on the scorecard of the different holes. If you are not careful there are a couple of unpleasant surprises. Overall the course is fun, and the staff is very courteous.

The course and setting are terrific. Stop and take in the views from time to time. Course conditions were better than average. The course is very challenging especially if you have not played it before. The clubhouse gives you a "cheat sheet" which was helpful but it would be better to play the course with someone who has played it several times at least.

The back 9 was the original course. Beautiful trees and the river runs through the back 9. Make sure you hit it straight. Very pretty and challenging as well. Front 9 is wide open and with the excepton of a couple of holes it is fairly easy. Definately a fun course worth playing at least a couple of times.
