Fairways ans tee boxes were poor- little grass on many tee boxes. Fairway grass is sparse , looks like not enough grass seed used in overseeding. Greens not quite as bad, but certainly not up to what they have been in the past and certainly poorer condition than most courses in north west Phoenix valley. At $44 plus fees of $6 it's not good value for your buck.
