The course was nice, pace was very slow. Would definitely return to this course.

Course condition was less than fair, pace of play was very slow. We left after 12 holes wasn’t worth the Hot Deal we got. Tried to order a Diet Coke in the bar area (sitting at the bar) also ordered a Coke Zero, got the Coke Zero but not the diet the lady appeared to be in la, la land. Not a good experience don’t waste your time.

Very nice layout, mountain terrain, with many elevation changes, making even what may seem to be a short, easy hole difficult. Very busy course with lots of play both days we played. I would recommend this course to most golfers. Only a couple of hole with difficult carry.

This is a very playable, yet many challenges on this course on Hilton Head Island. Need to chose distances wisely, trouble looms abundantly, with high risk/reward golf shots.
Both male and female friendly.

Always a good challenge, more so when it's cart path only and deep, wet rough. Excellent value.

This course was fun to play with 2 completely different nines. Challenging for all level of golfers with several tee options depending on skill level. Good day on a good course.

Dissappointed in this course because of previous reviews said it was very good. Bare areas around the greens, the greens were pretty good, but other than that not so hot.

Everything about the course was great for the men. Our wives played also but it was a bit long for them. However my wife has played the course 2 more times since, and really enjoys it. Will definitely play it more before returning to Hilton Head the end of April.

First time I played this course. Condition was pretty good.
We had our wives with us and the course was female friendly. Don't be fooled by shorter holes, lay up to a comfortable approach distance to the green. Plenty of desert that you may or may not see. Buy a $3 rock club in the pro shop before you go out. Overall very good experience.

Nice course, make sure you have a rock club for the waste areas. 1st time on a desert course, did not know why they had a barrel of rock clubs, now I know.

Good course for the Money. Must keep your ball in the fairway or area around the rough has lots of roots.
Just keep it in play.

This course is okay for a casual round of golf. Can play it long or short, has some tricked up holes, typical mountain course with mounds and areas of carry that come into play that you can't see. Tricky if you have never seen the course and don't know lay up areas.

Played this course in May, must have forgotten how long and difficult it is. Did NOT play the Jones course, it was cart path only, so played the Hill course again. Very difficult for seniors and their wives.

Really enjoyed playing this course. Challenging for all skill levels, but fair. A few surprises along the way (water that you can't see and some areas of carry).

Very challenging, but fair. Lots of Tee choices for most level golfers. Although my wife found it to be long with long carries on some holes. We are both seniors, had a great, enjoyable day on an excellent golf course.

Course was average. Five of the greens were in repair because of fungus, but were "playable". This is the week of the Players Tournament and they have the same problem with several of their greens.
We are playing this course again this week.

Had a great day of golf with friends. Course was great. The course was in great condition considering it had taken four inches of rain just three days before. Traps were still very wet. We play this course several times a year and with all the aircraft taking off and landing it makes it a very enjoyable experience.

This course provides playability for all golfers, from ladies, seniors, and all level of golfers abilities.
