Slowest course I have played in ten years

Course was in decent shape greens were fast only saw the beer cart once for as slow as it was she could have made a killing. One of the ponds was full of dead carp and stunk really bad. 5 hours is way too long to play, several players quit.

Best coarse in Southern Arizona

I played on Sunday afternoon and the coarse was in top shape, one of two problems that irked me was number one the pace of play- the three some we were behind had no intention of letting a faster group behind play through. We were waiting at least 5 minutes a hole for 18 holes adding another hour and a half to complete our round, no sign of a marshall or any greens keepers all day. Only saw the beverage cart twice on the front nine, and with 100 degree plus weather I would think that would mandatory. The other thing was the players left all kinds of ball marks all over the greens, I fixed at least 8 to 12 marks per green, as we had plenty of time to wait on the next tee box. I think it would be nice to have a marshall drive around and monitor play, as well as asking players to repair ball marks as they don't have a clue as to respecting the grounds for fellow players.
