For such a well designed and well kept course, the grass, sand, etc, the reason and only reason I wouldn't recommend this course to friends, the biting flies that just continue to bother you and yes, bite. There are a lot of them all through out the course.

By far one of the best courses I've played in the West Valley area. I'm not military so never played it. Could not believe how well course is designed on such a small or regular looking piece of land. Hope to get on next summer since that is the only time the course is open to civilians who are not with anybody either still active or retired military. Would recommend this course to anyone.

Night and day is how I would descibe my experience with the course. Compared to when the name was Maryvale Golf course, way way better. The greens are faster than I expected but being that it's a college course now, what else should have I expected. Great value for this course.

Fairways in great condition, bunkers have great feeling sand when hitting out of it. Greens are in good condition. Worth price of admission.
Greens were in great condition! That was where it ends. 18 holes of golf and all ball washers were empty except one! Midday tee time and there were only 5 cars in parking lot. Hope the management can get the course back on track.
