The Executive Course at Lakehouse
Played On 03/24/2017Greens were carpet smooth and true
This is an executive course. We played all 18 holes in 2 hours. It had three holes over 200 yards and was quite tight. The greens were outstanding with a challenge to read. Great peaceful round. No hyped up staff or players. A lot of fun.
The Links at Lakehouse
Played On 03/21/2017Geens are true
Pace of play seemed slow on the front nine but picked up on the back. Lots of elevation changes in the back and several walkers dropped out. Fairways need some work but the large greens were in good shape. Not too much trouble on this wide open course. Enjoy.
Mission Hills - Gary Player Course
Played On 03/25/2015Never follow a high school tourney in 100' temp
Pace of play on a blistering day beat the heck out of twilight time. 3 1/2 hour front nine. Omg. We played 10 and 11 and they were great. Actually the back nine looked great. We bailed as the heat was excruciating. 104 in the parking lot. I will play again and hopefully the pace of play will be better.
Palms at Marriott's Desert Springs Resort
Played On 03/24/2015Picturesque but challenging
Every hole was a post card photo. Lots of water and very deep sand traps with good sand. The only draw back was the greens were unpredictable as there was some overseeding and sanding underway. Some greens were a bit rough. This a resort course and the rough was not too difficult. We had a great day.
