Quarry Pines Golf Club
Played On 12/22/2019tell of two nines
A narrow layout, if you spray this will tough day. Driving closed, appeared to be a permanent decision. No GPS, no USB charging ports. Carts are several years old. The course was wet and it had not rained in Tucson for a week. A mud ball nearly every shot. Several fun holes with back nine routed the quarry. Used a discounted GolfNow rate but still felt too much at $94 for two players.
Todd Creek Golf Club
Played On 08/25/2019Slow play because others over estimate their ability
Not an easy course when played from the correct tee. A group of 3 sprayed their balls with their 190yd drives (generous) losing touch with the foursome aged of them. I don’t blame the course but marshal was notified. Greens were inconsistent some slow, some fast. Bunkers were still wet/mud at 12:30 on 96 degree day.

a quick nine holes during lunch. no one else on the course as it was a cool, breezy day. Greens in good shape, fairways coming around after winter and cool spring.
Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel
Played On 09/06/2018Nice layout, expect 3 putts
Fun to play tee to green but with too many buried elephants in the greens knowing the exact pin place is crucial. Well conditioned, greens could roll a bit truer. First timed played, not sure if I’ll be back too many other good tracks at this price point.
Pine Creek Golf Club
Played On 06/28/2018Proshop Failure
Purchased 2 rounds through GolfNow, while checking there was no mention of a back 9 start as the the only individual working the counter was more interested in discuss the US Senior Open. We made the turn after playing the front 9, to find 10 golfers stacked on #10, it was the start of league. When Proshop was confronted we were offered a replay of front 9. I went back in second time to ask for rain was told could not do becuase I purchased through GolfNow and on the counter was notice of back 9 start. The course conditions were crispy with some tee boxes on the brink of being lost, barely maintaining grass.
TPC Tampa Bay

I asked to be paired w someone who knew the course the starter paired me w Will had a a lot fun and benefited from the local knowledge. Extremely good greens even though we caught a little rain for an hour. The chicken salad sandwich was recommended and rightly so!!
Lookout Mountain Golf Club
Played On 01/21/2016Fun course with slick but true greens
The fairways were a little shaggy, could have been mowed. Still played well with fast greens that were in good shape. We were paired with single who know the course, as this helped the few blind corners and holes otherwise no discernable from the tee, #18.

Colorado National Golf Club
Played On 09/11/2015Greens are needing overhaul
The course states Bent grass greens, this is a dated statement. The greens are either overrun by poa annua, or simply cannot grow grass of any type. A temporary green on hole #3 was in play on Sept 11th, neither the starter or GPS system mentioned this, therefore two players hit to the green, surprise! This once was a terrific course but appears to have declined with no stop insight. At the grill a homeowner, overheard our comment and stated without any hesitation the level of dissatisfaction with the condition of the course and impact to surrounding property values.
