Played back nine twice, front nine closed due to open soon. New greens on back nine rolled true with speeds very consistent. While they have a lots of work left to do, conditions were considerably better than recent reviews indicate.

Great Ross layout, smallish greens, lots of subtle slopes. Bring your A game for approach shots, mediocre won't work here. Course conditions are what you'd expect if you paid twice the gen fee here.

I've always loved this layout. However the course hasn't always been in great shape. The new owner is making good progress remedying years of neglect. I'm happy to say his effort is beginning to be reflected in course conditions. If you haven't played here in a while give it a try. It remains a great value.

Different than usual central Florida courses, hills blind tee shots. Requires accuracy over distance.

Pace of play was good, starter sent me off 10th tee. Got to front 9 different story. 5-10 minute wait on each shot. No tournament just very slow. Good course, excellent conditions otherwise.
