An absolutely beautiful layout in deplorable condition. Green tee (5500) were more sand and weeds than grass. Most of the greens were full of unwanted materials and dirt. Fairways and adjacent areas are mostly hard pan with sparce area of weeds. I saw workers on the corse - appears their efforts are just not getting the come back done. I played the course on a $21 hotdeal and had a $10.00 discount. With tax I had $13.00 in the round - if the opportunity presents itself again I WOULD NOT spend the $13.00 to play at Victoria Hills. It is an absolute shame this beautiful course has slipped to this point.

Overall condition very good! A few thin areas off the fairways - but overall very enjoyable / playable. Highly recommend making a time at this property / pick the appropriate tee for your skill level!! My only negative of the day was - pace of play that has been my experience at most of the courses I’ve played the past few months. Thank for a great day of golf and your very friendly/ professional staff.

Very nice layout with a couple of trick holes. Fairways are in nice condition/ greens were in nice condition but slow and shaggy! Tee boxes were rough and in need of TLC. The staff I had contact with were professional - polite - friendly. I would recommend playing Cypress Knoll -

An excellent day at one of my favorite central florida golf courses. The course is in excellent condition portions of a few fairways were a little wet from recent heavy rain. Greens were excellent with good pace.. Tee boxes are excellent. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend playing this course. Enjoy - plays difficult so bring your “A” game.

Over all course conditions were very nice good playing conditions. The only negative comment I have is the greens are terribly SLOW. Beautiful layout - friendly professional staff.

From the time I arrived staff was friendly and professional. The course fairways / rough were in ok condition. Actually in need of some TLC. Not sure if the condition is weather related. Greens were excellent - rolled true with subtle movement around the hole. Excellent pace!! Cudos to the maintainence crews. Challenging but fair. 19th hole was very enjoyable - great food and drink. Definitely would recommend playing - bring your A game and enjoy.

Great layout in excellent condition. Greens are in great condition - just lacked pace. Staff was very pleasant - professional and helpful. Definitely a must play if you’re in the area. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our day of golf!!

Staff was very friendly and professional. Very beautiful layout with amazing potential. Fairways / greens / tee boxes were ok to nice. Outside of the fairways was basically poor and that’s being kind. I understand this property has changed hands - hopefully the new management team will invest in this beautiful property and bring to its potential. If you can get a deal / promotional rate the course is worth playing..

Had a great experience / time at Oak Marsh - I was paired up with three members. Their course knowledge was certainly an asset for me as a first timer. Staff was very friendly and professional. The course is in great condition. Tee boxes / Fairways / Greens are all in very good to excellent condition. The greens had a good pace and true. A lot of subtle movement. My only negative comment would be on their traps. I played out of two - both were rather steep with minimal sand. Almost hard pan at the bottom. Highly recommend playing the course if you’re in the area. The backside has so many beautiful holes.

The course is drying out from from Ian - only the 8th fairway is not being used. The course is in very good shape considering the wet weather of the past two weeks. Come out and support this great facility.,Greens / fairways / tee boxes are all in great condition. Definitely recommend playing Spruce Creek.

Fun relaxing day at black bear. Course was in very good condition. Greens had very good pace and were true. A couple of greens were a little bumpy due to being plugged. Fairways and tee boxes were in very good condition. Pace of of play was excellent - played in 3.25 hrs!! Definitely visit and play!!

The course has seen many changes over the past 3 years. New owners/ management are doing a great job getting the course back. Condition of the fairways / rough has greatly improved since my last round. The greens were excellent- great pace - smooth and true. The greens are truly the center piece of Arrowhead!! The bunkers were in great shape and very playable. The only eye sores I came across were a couple of the water / retention areas. Simply gross - I’d definitely recommend playing Arrowhead. Great value and very friendly / professional staff. Thank you for a fun round -

The course is in excellent condition. The greens had a very nice pace and were true. Fairways and rough are in excellent condition. Bunkers / waste areas very play able. Unfortunately, too many guest do not perform their restoration duties after playing out of the bunkers. It’s amazing how many rounds are played at RSC and the overall condition. Cudos to all involved in the process. My only negative would be their golf carts. Most of them especially the tires are in very poor condition. All the staff members I had had contact with were professional and courteous. Definitely a must pay if you’re in the area. Great value for the money !!

The course is in excellent condition. Greens putt true with very good pace. The fairways and rough were also in very good condition. A great value with 3 challenging nines. If you’re in the area I’d definitely recommend teeing it up at Royal St Cloud.

Cudos to the new owner! The course is in great condition - fairways are beautiful - greens are very nice. Need more pace on the putting surface. So many improvements over the past year 18 months. Pace of play was the only challenge of the day. Your ranger was very friendly & professional.

Great day at Shingle Creek the staff was very friendly and professional. Every aspect of the golf course was in excellent condition. Truly a great experience going to the property and enjoying a wonderful golfing experience. The only negative of the day was the ridiculous method of exiting the parking area and having to scan a ticket and log a number not to be billed for free parking to golf!!
Highly recommend going to Shingle Creek to golf!!

Such an improvement from the last time I played this course. So many improvements it’s hard to grab a start point. Greens 100 percent better - not perfect but but very playable and fair. Fairways and tee boxes so much better condition. Thank you to the owners and managers for making this all happen. This a beautiful golf course layout and just wonderful I can put it back on the play list. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Definitely will be back and I will tell everyone I know how much the condition has improved

The course and new owners are certainly making maintenance progress on this beautiful layout. The new owners have a monumental task to get this place where people will be excited to tee it up. Greens are coming back however 3 or 4 had sand in repair areas. The pace was very slow and unacceptable. Bunkers are in poor condition many have as more weeds than sand. Tee boxes are in mediocre condition. Fairways and rough near the fairways are much Improved. The driving range hitting area was mostly weeds. The restaurant is very nice and serves good meals - the staff was friendly and professional. Hopefully the new owners will get this golf course restored to its potential. For now PLAYER SET YOUR EXPECTATIONS VERY LOW.

Staff was very friendly / professional. The course condition has greatly improved since my last visit. Fairways / tee boxes were all in very nice condition and playable. Greens held shots and had a nice pace with very smooth roll. The only negative of the course condition are the traps. Being kind they need a lot of work. Would definitely recommend and will return!! I’m very impressed with the improve condition of Eagle Dunes -
