The fairways where overseeded were excellent, however,
the overseeding was not adequate. The greens were all
burnt and dried out, this could have been from over fertilization or lack of water. In either case they were cut
way too short for the conditions.

The greens were excellent, the fairways were average, and the tee boxes were adequate. For the money this is
an opportunity to play a well laid out course and further
develop your skills. Staff were courteous and professional. Facilities were clean and safe. Great practice areas to include putting green, sand trap, and
driving range. The PRO is an excellent instructor.

This course has gone down ever since warrior bought it from Carlos. I am surprised Carlos has not taken it back from them, since they still owe payments on the place. They have gone through six supers and about the same amount of managers and they still can't get it right.
