Nice course but a money grab by management

This is a course with $199 tee times and $75 rental clubs that sells tee times on a Saturday at 12:10, 12:15 and 12:20. That’s right, to squeeze a couple extra $ in they throw in 5 minute tee time gaps. Our round was unsurprisingly 5+ hours.

They also allowed a bachelor party to sneak in a couple extra 4-somes.

When told about the slow round, the rangers said why are you complaining, you are in Vegas and what do you expect for a Saturday round.

The $75 rental set of clubs don’t include any balls. Throw in some titleists.

The range is simply nets.

The positives are the course is well designed, is a resort course with wide fairways and most holes you can play off the adjoining fairways. It is also close to the strip. The staff in the restaurant are super nice. Greens run true and are fast but not unfair. Cart girls are nice.

Bunkers need sand and gps is off on a couple holes.

So if you have a lot of time and want to play a five hour round waiting every single hole while in the desert heat and get the sense the course got every cent from you, it is a well designed golf course near the strip. If you want to get into a flow with your swing, there are plenty of other courses in Vegas.

Great course but the hardest if the 3

I think Paiute is a great course. Wolf is the hardest and I think I prefer the easiest courses when on vacation. The grass is great and very green. It was quite windy when we played at around noon but died down when we finished at 4.

The greens are great, smooth and true.

Great time.

Nice walk among the trees

The course is a short par 3 course with 2 par 4's. The course is tree lined and very narrow. The greens are very small and so you have a decent chance to hole a put once you are on the greens.

Our 3 some played 9 holes in an hour and there were only 1 or 2 other groups on the course on a Tuesday afternoon.

The fairways were not tightly mown but since these were mostly par 3's, not a big deal. The tee boxes were also not flat.

But a great walk and a peaceful spot in Cupertino. You can work on your iron game and chipping.

I would recommend highly.

Great layout with tough par 3's

This is a great course. With unlimited water rights, this is a lush green course. Also high up it is windy and the ball carries.

My favorite Vegas course. There was a tournament playing in front of us so a 5 hour round. Yikes.

But otherwise a great course and experience.
