Challenging course. Some greens were bumpy. Slow pace of play-over 4 hours. No rangers out on the course. Fairways generally in good shape.

Signed up through GolfNow. Course had us commit to 2 separate 9 holes. We were not told on website that the 1st Nine holes (Mulligan) was only an executive type layout. Very disappointing!

The course was in great condition for this time of year. It is a very challenging course as the par 3's are fairly long and may have a bunker in front of the green. Time of play was 4 hr 10 minutes. Facilities are excellent.

Played Palm Course for first time since Pines Course was undergoing reseeding. The latter course is easier. Course maintains schedule well which keeps pace very well. Our foursome never caught up to the group in front of us.

Course played in a quick 3 1/2 hours. Greens were very fast. Practice balls, which now cost $8 a bag, were formerly included in the golf price.

The excavated rough condition in the depressed area on the 12th hole of the North Course was unacceptable. Also, the music from the pool area of the Talking Sticks Hotel was too loud and could be heard on virtually every hole on the course.

Course was recently over seeded. Fairways in excellent condition. Challenging course. As a twosome, we played in just under 4 hours.

The course is very good as an executive golf course. One can utilize almost every club in your bag to prepare for longer courses. Play sometimes bogged down due to less experienced players. In some cases, Bellair allowed 5 players on one hole. As a threesome, we had to wait on every hole due to the fivesome in front of us. The couse is challenging even though it is about 3,500 yards in length. The round took 4 hours which is longer than it should be. Compared to many other courses, the rate is reasonable.

There are many golfers who slow down the round. Our threesome was almost able to complete 18holes only after an elderly couple allowed us to play through. It is a good course layout for less advanced players since the fairways are generally wide and there is not too much water to contend with.
