not bad for 40 bucks but compared to the other options in the area. not your best bet in the summer.

Lots of fun and in decent condition. Standard rate is too high but if you find a deal around 70 bucks its worth it.

Unfortunately this place needs a lot of work. Its an odd course par 69 with some older par 5s split into a 3 and 4 to make up for some missing holes. Its not worth playing in current condition. Positives, has potential, there are some picaboo ocean views and the greens were reasonable. Good chipping practice area.

This track is average in layout challenge and in fairway and tee box conditions. But where it really shines is the greens. The greens are in great shape. They roll true and are consistant between holes. For 35 bucks riding you cant beat it in orange county.

The good things first, Nice staff, attentive to pace of play, nice bathrooms on the course, and the bunkers have great sand.

The bad: The whole place needs work.
The fairways were drastically inconsistent. Hard pack dirt to swamp status, no reward or advantage to be in the fairway. The greens were also beat up, shaggy bumpy (to be fair some were recently aerated). You have dried muddy tire tracks around some greens, uneven tee-boxes, and generally frustrating conditions throughout. This place has potential but is just not reasonable for $54, if it was $20 then I wouldn't be writing a review. I'm not sure whats going on with management but the place essentially needs to be completely reworked.
