Course is fun to play. Water on a number of holes. Played early and the course was very wet - too wet with some very thin fairways.
Camelback Golf Club - Padre Course

Played here on Thanksgiving so pace of play was super fast. Course is in great condition. Interesting holes. Several short par 4 holes that pay a premium on distance control and shot making. Even the gold tees it was 6000 plus.

The course was in great shape as usual even if wet in spots. Challenging yet fair and fun.

The course is challenging. Playing it just once means carry distances are difficult. If I played again I am sure I would know where lay ups should go. Still it was fun to play.

Legend at Arrowhead, The

This course has lost lustre for me. The overseed is knarly and the fairways are sparse. Many bunkers have very hard sand. I played here years ago and it was awesome but now it was disappointing.. A group following our foursome hit into us twice narrowly missing one of us. When we mentioned it to the marshal it was suggested we let them play through.
Arizona Grand Resort

The course is in excellent shape. Pace of play was slow but it was late day and we only finished 14 holes on a 12:30 tee time.

This was a beautifully set up course. Driving range was below standard.. The course was quite wet from watering when played early in the morning. Still course was worth playing.
The Legacy Golf Club

Based on some reviews we thought the fairways would be bare but that was not the case. Fairways were good. Pace of play was very slow.

Course is much better than last year. Greens are very hard no hold but the rest was excellent.

Lone Tree Golf Club

The course was cart path only so mega walking. Play was ridiculously slow. Waiting 15 minutes on each hole. We have played here before and it was excellent but this time not so.
