Overall course was in fair condition, except all sand traps were very poor. Basically they were all hard packed and have not been raked or maintained by the course for quite some time. Green side were firm and wet to muddy.

Just came out of over seeding. That said, Fairways were not cut until hole 12, could not see ball on fairways up until hole 12. Roughs were very wet and very thick and long throughout course. Sand traps were all very poor, wet, hard with little to no loose sand.
