Fun Course

Great layout..conditions are up and down here especially with the heat…but this time they were perfect. Layout is always fun. Not a straight flat course, have to think about consequences of bad shots. They have an amazing started but today no started and that created some issues on first tee…busy morning like today, men’s club teeing off…you should have a starter…

The story of Two

So I’m sure I won’t be only one reviewing Ranch Del Sol without reminiscing about The Ranch (Original course name) and the 27 amazing holes, great practice facility/driving range, and awesome club house....we’ll the key word is reminiscing....Rancho Del Sol kept the valley course intact 100% from its original lay out, which is exactly how it’s referee “valley” pretty flat, some trouble, great distance from the tips to challenger your game...then, you head to Mountain course where it does a hard 90 degree turn and the challenge hots you in face. Challenging holes, breathtaking par 3 that was once named “Gary Players hole” but unfortunately then ending (hole 18) ends on a pretty easy down hill par 3(originally a short but challenging par 4) overall though, course in great shape and just like the course itself, the story of two....weekend fees at $65-$75 might leave you feeling slightly empty for the price your paying vs weekday prices $45-$55 which are much more accurate for this course. Missing chipping green and range. Great course but honestly not worth weekend rate given what other courses offer for same price. Great memories and will play again but only weekdays or until weekend prices drop.

Getable Vegas course

I’ve been playing different Vegas course for last 6 years and I have consistently been impressed by Vegas golf courses. Siena golf course is another amazing Vegas style links course...this course has some amazing views, holes , lay out...nice bar, clean and very nice restrooms, great food, and very getable course...lots of birdies out there especially playing from blue or white tee boxes. Only downside was the range needed to be rotated...no where nice to practices lots of divots and sand ...you can tell the are golfers practicing there lol greens pretty fast but very true to their line. Another awesome Vegas course in the books! Play it for sure!

What’s going on?

So I’ll start with asking what is going on with the two changes on the front 9?????? Hole #5 Made to a par 5?? And hole #9 moved to a par 3???? Huh??? Please tell me this is temporary????? Owner if your reading this do not make that change?? Look I get it...we live in California and water is scarce and the bill is high! But just save water and cut your watering down by converting your course to links and water the fairways only! Not that difficult...I see you guys water certain areas that aren’t even in play?? Waste of water......anyway don’t change the front 9! Course was dry but greens were perfect...course layout fun (without the changes to #5 and #9) goodness course to play for under $35

Unforgettable Golf Experience

This round will definitely never be forgotten and I can’t wait to go back! Staff were all amazing but the one that stood out was Frank at the pro shop! Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Course in my 12+ yrs golfing!! Great views! Great challenging layouts...greens were always different and you had to have well placed shots into greens to even have a chance to two putt!!...from the moment I stepped on hole 18 tee box...I was overwhelmed with sadness because I wanted to do it all over again! I live about 1 hour 30 mins away ...and I will definitely plan to go back a few times a year! Keep up the great work Monarch and thank you for the experience.

So.....I have to say I love this course layout and I know in spring it thrives....but around this time not the best shape....which I can live with and understand but cmon??? $49 tee times for $35 dollar course conditions?? Please .....and to make matters worse....no one keeping track of pace of play.....but I still recommend this course. Great layout and challenging holes.

Crusty Green

The course is crusty but green lol This Course has a lot of potential but they manage to keep this one playable and enjoyable. Some challenging holes and very gettable course....Owner very nice and personable. Course just needs more care, all bunkers are signed “under repair” but more like “under....ummm...hmmm...forget about it” just keep it under $35 buck and you won’t feel like you over paid to play 18 holes. Good practice.

Beauty and the Beast

.....ugh......I feel so many different golfers emotions towards this course....the memories of the past prestine and perfect course conditions (beauty) ...to the new areas of horror, rugid, and feirce course conditions (beast) basically I’ve been playing here for over 5 years and the past is definitely the PGA Course I remember and want but the present is till a great and challenging course to play. Great greens and some nice fairways(SOME) still for under $35 bucks you won’t feel disappointment after playing here unless you can’t hit some fairways and your basically an army golfer of the tee lol please play here and keep diamond alive! Owners need to offer more for golfers to enjoy after the round! More food, drinks, happy hour, and a waitress or bartender! This would surely bring in some business! Hopefully someone’s listening......anyways Diamonds aren’t found all pretty and shiny...there worked on for long periods of time to become what we all know ....

Practice Makes Perfect

General old is a course that allows you to come out and play your game...whether your out to have fun (beginner or non competitive)or your all about your handicap and perfecting your game, general old allows you to work on your game in all areas that need a tune up. Very open and forgiving, greens always in great shape, stay in fairways to take advantage of easy lay out or practice your stingers from under the trees on both side of fairways! Overall great course for fun and practice....build that confidence up

Highland Falls

This course will test you entire golf game arsenal...play smart and driving the ball long isn’t always the best play...Ball placement is key when hitting fairways and greens. Greens will feel fast and will also make you feel like your ball is running across sand! Beautiful scenery, amazing water holes, and breathtaking views of mountains and the Las Vegas strip.

Accuracy is Key

Morongo delivers two 18 golf courses that require you to hit fairways, plan your shots, hit greens, and manage the course. Greens are usually fast and with plenty of slopes and valleys. Bunkers well placed on every hole. Out of bounds always lurking. Fun course and beautiful layout. Great bar and restaurant.

Keep it straight

Jurupa is a course that can reward you and take everything you have....the fairways are very tight at times and there's is almost no forgiveness for an off line tee shot. First shot is bery crucial due to the abundance amount of trees and OB. Fun and challenging course to test your accuracy.

Needs Attention

I've been playing Creste Verde a few times a year for past 5 years. It has its ups and downs but mainly the course needs attention. Course lay out is fun, some tricky holes and a lot of elevation/slope challengers. The owner is really friendly and nice but unfortunately the course is not maintained. For under $30 bucks you'll feel satisfied to play here and get the golf itch relief but will leave unsatisfied with course because it has so much potential.

Vegas Golf

Stallion Mountain is a great course and a must to play if your a golfer. This course has a very fun and somewhat challenging layout with elevation changes, bunkers, water, and you definitely have to pick your shots on most holes. I've golfed at two course in Las Vegas and I really enjoy the beautiful green fairways with the yellow roughs, makes you desperately want to hit a fairway lol only opportunity I see this course needing was that there course restrooms were filthy, other than that, course and club house is awesome.

Hit it straight or you'll be dry....

I've played Hemet golf club probably about 10 times in the last 5 years and the course has always been pretty consistent with its greens and fairways. You will always find a rough patch here and there on a fairway but that's a given with the drought.....speaking of drought, there used to be a beautiful lake surrounding holes 13-15...but that is dry as the desert....very sad.....I really love the layout in Hemet. Lots of elevation change, sloping greens, bunkers placed perfectly all over the course providing you with a chance to use some course managing skills. Just don't pay over $35 and you'll leave the course feeling like it was a fun day.

Blind Golf

Eagle Glen is an amazing course, breath taking views, difficult lay out, out of bounds all over the place, and a lot of blind spots! You have to be accurate both with your drives as well as your approach shots. So holes allow you to be aggressive and definitely get on green, but then there are greens that have valleys, twist and turns! Some green are automatic 3 putts if you don't land on the correct tire! Love the course

Bunker Valley

The Champions course at Morongo puts up a good fight with the feeling you should of gone to the beach! Bunkers are strategically placed to challenge anyone with a slice, draw, or even a straight shot....most holes require accurate iron shots to even get a par. Course has plent of OB on both sides so drives need to be on point. Course was in good shape, being summer....there were some dry spots on fairways but that's expected. Love this course will be playing it again .

Morongo Legends course is absolutely amazing. No houses on the entire layout...but trust me, you can still hit plenty of hazards and OBs! Great layout! If your handicap is single digits play from black tees. Love the clubhouse and GPS on golf cart is always a plus!
