True Blue Golf Club
Played On 07/13/2018Loved this course
We played this course on the recommendation of Matt Ginella. We got a "bounce back" rate for having played the sister course Caledonia earlier in the week. We loved it so much we played 36 holes despite how hot it was! The food was very good and the beer was cheap. This a difficult course but so worth playing!
Tidewater Golf Club

Loved this course so much we went back and played it a second time two days later! Great layout, views of the ocean and marsh. Great condition. Really a gem!
Caledonia Golf & Fish Club
Played On 07/09/2018Gorgeous course
One of our favorites of the trip! This is stunning layout. The only downside is no driving range (which we knew about). The staff and facilities were great. Definitely recommend this course!
Barefoot Resort & Golf - Love Course
Played On 07/04/2018second 18 of the day
We played the Dye course in the morning and chose the Love course to play our second 18. It was in much better condition. The greens were nearly perfect. It was a pretty and fun layout that was not overly difficult.
Barefoot Resort & Golf - Dye Course
Played On 07/04/2018typical Dye layout
Many of the courses in Myrtle Beach suffered massive damage to their greens over the winter. The staff was very upfront about the less than perfect greens and offered that we could play another course after 4 holes if we desired. We decided to play anyway. The greens were slow and definitely less than perfect, but we enjoyed the course as a whole.
Man O' War Golf Course
Played On 07/03/2018just ok
The greens were in great condition because they were Bentgrass and survived the winter better than those with Bermuda. The layout is decent. Bunkers are not good. Very slow pace of play. The restaurant did not look like some place we wanted to eat. Staff was ok. Not sure I would go back.
Pukalani Country Club
Played On 10/13/2015Would come here every visit to Maui!
I loved Pukalani. We played there mid-late morning and then drove up to Haleakala after. It was a great day. The course is an amazing value (and I am a picky golfer). It was in good shape with interesting holes. The greens were in good shape. No- it's not like Kapalua, but then again, Kapalua wasn't in the pristine shape I expected. Pukalani has spectacular views, and it was fun to play. The staff was very friendly and lunch after our round was good.
Kapalua Resort - The Plantation Course
Played On 10/08/2015Bucket list course
It was breathtaking. I've played golf a lot of places, but this was the most beautiful. Absolutely stunning. The course is difficult, but manageable. My friends would say this is "not a woman friendly course" and that is probably true, but I'm not a typical woman golfer! I loved it. We played 4 rounds in 3 days, and I love, love, love this course!
