it's doral and it is a trump property, everything was immaculate the carts were nice they had gps, the course was in great shape; the fairways were like hitting off carpet, the greens were smooth and fast but true, not all bumpy or full of pitch marks. the only negative was it was cart path only and that was because of a big storm that had soaked the course the night before. also want to mention that from the moment you pull into the bag drop the staff was exceptional!! it was a great experience start to finish

read some reviews before we played and they werent that good, was surprised to find the course in very good condition the greens were solid, rolled true and a little fast, the fairways were in good shape you had to really look for any bad spots, the rough is very thick if you are not in the fairway good luck finding your ball. the course layout is very challenging and you must keep your ball in the fairway. there are very few yardage markers and the carts are old are about the only negatives i have but the golf was great, bring extra balls though

the course is very nice if you can get the hot deal, i paid 65.00 to play and that is about what it should be, there are other courses nearby but much more expensive. the course: wide generous fairways the rough was deceivingly thick you could be standing next to your ball and not see it but it was playable, the greens overall were in good shape a couple had fungus around the edges but very playable. this is a nice resort course it doesnt beat you up too bad on errant shots and is still a challenge for all levels

tee boxes were in good shape was a little leery after reading some of the reviews, the greens were in really good shape as were the fairways overall the course is fun the fairways are generous and you can in most cases play out of any trouble for a low handicapper this is probably not the course for you but for every other level it can be a challenge and fun to play. played on a Wednesday and the pace was great (we were the second group out) finished in just under 4 hrs. the course is fairly flat and there is some wildlife out there and some nice views

ok i will start with the carts first they are OLD not to nitpick but these were really kinda raggedy. ok got that off my chest, the course was in great shape overall; the greens are usually in good shape here and they were again sunday. the fairways were in good shape no big bare spots the rough was decent always a good experience here they keep the course up very well no complaints about the course. now the pace; we finished in a little over 4 hours but it coulda been/shoulda been alot faster i dont understand why the first group of the day is a fivesome walking? we caught them at the third hole and waited every hole after that, if you wanna go for a walk find a park! or play fast!

driving from the 626 this place is way down there but worth the drive great scenery the course is challenging but not over whelming the fairways were in good shape the greens were in really good shape and the rough was thick enough to hide your ball but still able to hit out of. played as a single on the front and had someone join me for the back nine, the pace of play was great finished in 3 1/2 hours and was goofing off not playing fast, no one ahead and the group behind me was at least 2-3 holes back great day!

tough challenging course elevation changes fast greens, if you miss just s a little it can lead to trouble hit quite a few shots that i thought were pretty good but wrong part of fairway it would roll off and find a bunker or some hazard? great views every hole, play this course a few times and learn where to miss and it can be alot of fun to play. the constant 40 mph wind didn't help either

first time playing here, i will be back not the longest of courses but it makes you think (just a little) about what to hit and where to aim. the greens were immaculate the fairways were in decent shape there were a few here and there where were a few dirt patches but overall a great course

this course gets alot of play it is very popular. the round took a little over two hours to walk, not too long but a little on the narrow side. was waiting on just about every hole. started as a single paired up with a twosome then another twosome so as a fivesome we werent waiting too long but some hole there were two and three groups waiting. having said all that the course is in great shape the greens were good the fairways were pretty good. most groups play ready golf so it wasnt too bad and the views of the hills and the observatory make the wait bearable

course layout was incredible the course conditions were a little soggy from recent rain, the course itself is great the greens were rolling true the fairways were cut nice and the rough was thick. the only negative was it was cart path only which isnt so bad if you know the course but with no yardage markers other than at 100 yards it is hard to get a distance, no markers on sprinklers or on the cart path, for a course this nice it seems to me it should have some type of yardage marker, gps on cart is useless if you're having to park it 50 yards away from your ball

the review title says it all it was my first time playing the course and i thought it was in great shape the greens rolled true the fairways were a little damp but bad (nothing plugged) . a few forced carry's nothing too bad the longest was 175-180. played on a sunday and never saw another group no parallel fairways, the veiws, the surrounding neighborhood everything was incredible

course is always in pretty good shape, greens are tough mostly in good shape, again another course where people are not fixing their divots. great views, lots of deer running around. challenging for the low handicap and still fun for higher handicaps

overall the course was in pretty good shape for as much play as it gets, however this past weekend maybe because we played afternoon alot of the greens were just tore up from balls hitting and leaving a divot and NOBODY was fixing them i was fixing 2-3 on each green it was a little ridiculous, other than that it was good fun, moderately challenging, stay away from the snack shop! it took 25 minutes to get a club sandwich it was slower in there than the course

course was in great shape it gets played alot, but greens were almost immaculate (a few pitch marks here and there on par 3's) they are letting the rough grow out a little longer and the fairways were cut and green no dirt patches, played here alot over the years and the last year or so they are really maintaining it alot better. pace for the 9 holes was quick 1 1/2 to 2 hours playing two balls (nobody behind or in front of us we had the whole course to ourselves)

play was s-l-o-w but the views were awesome, course was in great shape greens were nice. course is up in the hills and people were out there walking this course is too hilly for walking, walkers slowed everything down (sorry guys I enjoy walking too but this course is just not set up for it)

great course, greens were in outstanding condition, fairways had been seeded a few weeks ago but there were still holes that were cart path only which gets to be a drag if you dont hit it near the cart path. other than that a very nice course for the price, will be playing there again!

the course is pretty wide open and not too many hazards, well maintained from tee to green. made the reservation the night before very last minute paid 26.00 would play there again

lived in the area my whole life first time played here, what a course a little on the tight side rough is deep and thick. fairways (the few times i was in it) were pristine, the greens had been punched about 10 days earlier but were coming in nicely, putts rolled true and smooth on the fast tiered greens. course punishes you if you play poorly. keep it in play and it can be alot of fun!

great place to work on short game greens were in great shape, and for the most part the fairways were in pretty good condition. the greens are very challenging and you must be a little accurate you dont have to be long just accurate. fun course to play was done in a little over 2 hours!
